There was a male on this forum who said he developed sticky skin after cancer treatment. Isotretinoin is a retinoid, related to Vitamin A. Overdose of vit A has its own side effects. I am still in extensive research mode, so maybe investigate all this and see if you can relate to anything. Some also say its a mould infection.

I am a 25 year old female. I am on isotretinoin for acne. But recently my general physician prescribed vitamin B-complex supplements for other health problems. Is it safe to take vitamin B-Complex capsules with isotretinoin? I am not any other medication.
When I was younger I also had acne treatment, Roaccutane which contains Isotretinoin, now there could be some comparison link. Isotretinoin is also used to treat cancer. There is also a person complaining about sticky skin after receiving cancer treatment. Isotretinoin is a retinoid related to vitamin A. I am investigationg all roots, to try find something in common with all these people experiencing sticky skin.
Has anyone taking isotretinoin?.i know there is a risk ov depression,I'm on my 6th day today ov taking them and don't feel too great.i feel quite low but really agitated,can't switch off and can't keep still.do u think its because ov these meds or just a coincidence?

The presence of abnormal cells (dysplasia) in a mole on biopsy indicates that there is a high risk (more than double) for development of a melanoma. The entire mole and a margin of normal tissue around it need to be removed. Usually once a mole has been removed, chances of recurrence are minimal.

After I stopped using Isotretinoin, I found that my eyes were very dry, and it has been maintained for about a month and a half. I know that Isotretinoin can inhibit the secretion of body oil. I want to know whether the drug's inhibition of sebaceous glands is permanent? Will the secretion of oil recover slowly over time? Permanent dry eye is a disaster for me.

The only thing I know for sure is that it is related to my GI issues. I had rectal cancer, GERD, gastritis, small bowel bacteria overgrowth, and precancerous lesions in my stomach. Symptom wise, I have always had constipation, nausea, stomach pain, early satiety, and significant loss of appetite with rapid weight loss and occasional vomiting recently. Whenever my symptoms flare up, the acne gets worse. It's due to the toxin accrued in your GI system.

When I was 17 I took gardasil shot. I never had warts in my mouth but I'm very afraid with the possibility of developing oral cancer from these exposures. I would appreciate some help. after that i had Shaking in my hand (for 3 month then it removed) and bad concentration (i did not know till now why i did not go dr may i was thinking that is not problem ) after 4 year i did a test for thyroid and the result was positive for hypothyroidism , i want to ask if there is connection between the medication (Isotretinoin and accutane) and hypothyroidism and if it reversible

I am extremely thin now and cannot put on weight on no matter how much I eat or what I eat. For example I can eat a whole tub of ice-cream and has no affect on my body. I have read about others have this issue also. Isotretinoin (accutane) obviously messed up something in my body so that it doesn't metabolize or absorb food the way it did pre-accutane. 5 weeks pregnant and I have been taking the isotretinoin drug for my acne. Abortion is higly recommended since isotretinoin can cause severe defects on the baby. Wondering if taking abortion pills is safe and effective. Please help.

Oratane capsules contain a medication known as isotretinoin. Isotretinoin is often a cure for acne. You can take oratane after 3 weeks after miscarriage but Oratane causes birth defects and must absolutely not be used by pregnant women or by women who intend to become pregnant. Hence the time you are taking oratane , you should not fall pregnant.
