Almost the same weight all over again with Easier access to junk food and been though issues of keeping the weight off. How do I keep it off? Can I? Is my current goal unrealistic? You can spend it frivolously and not have what you need to survive, or you can budget it wisely and get through a little easier. I do not have the energy in my budget to walk further than I have to from my car into a store or event. That energy is precious and I would rather spend it doing something I love.

As you said you have become too skinny I will advise you to see a doctor and get evaluated.Tiredness, fatigue can be due to several causes like improper diet, diabetes mellitus, anemia or thyroid disorders. Avatar f tn Its about 6 bucks and will last you quite a bit. furthermore your consider weight is considered skinny for your age range,...most Americans do consider 130-140lbs to be thin so I wouldn't worry too much about it I know most girls your age are concerned with impressing boys and sometimes even other girls for some odd reason I think we have been conditioned to look at girls who are almost under weight.

But then during the beginning of summer my metabolism went up I think and my body started throwing off heat but feeling cold again and I have lost over 6 pounds without trying during the summer. Other info is I am 17 years old and i weigh 121 pounds and I weighed 128 before summer started.

Avatar n tn For about a month my dog looks worse and worse. He is only losing weight on the back half of his body. He looks sucked in and I can see his ribs and his butt bone. He has no loss of appetite. And he is also walking funny with his back legs. Last time I took him to a vet they told me he has flea allergies because he loses his hair on his back in the summer time. Again he is losing his hair, and it's not even hot out yet.

Avatar f tn Have you calculated your actual height weight ratio to make sure you need to lose 25-30 pounds? What are you considering "end of this summer"? Many people consider end of summer to be about the time school starts; others take it literally and consider it to be in Sept when summer ends and fall begins. If you mean when school starts in Aug, your goal is too ambitious and you're trying to lose too much weight in too short a time.
