Almost the same weight all over again with Easier access to junk food and been though issues of keeping the weight off. How do I keep it off? Can I? Is my current goal unrealistic? Maybe I'm just getting older; or having too much fun (time flies when we are having fun, right?) At any rate, we have made it through another week and it's time for our weigh in. I'm happy to say that I feel good about where I am this week, in spite of being up 0.2 lbs.

But then during the beginning of summer my metabolism went up I think and my body started throwing off heat but feeling cold again and I have lost over 6 pounds without trying during the summer. Other info is I am 17 years old and i weigh 121 pounds and I weighed 128 before summer started.

What you want is is to get your heart rate to 65% - 85% of your maximum heart so that would be between 115 & 151 when you're doing cardio. After delivering my babies (which Ionly gained 30 lbs) I stopped working and gained a ton of that back. I am back to where I was before I started weight watchers and now I cant exercise either because it just makes me feel terrible. I have tried dieting without the exercise and I can't lose weight either!!

I have found it when carrying water buckets and also in hand grip strength tests. My thyroid gland has shrunken to very small and the cysts it has carried have also shrunk to below one cm. I walk on a Treadmill, sometimes I just do regular pushups, or situps. Walking, or jogging. I do one of those activities everyday. I am on a very busy schuedule right now, and I just don't get time to exercise for that long, everday.
