4193337 tn?1355698372 So this is ny second pregnancy and as of tomorrow I will be 28 weeks. When I was 12 weeks I started bleeding and we thought we were losing the baby but it stopped and baby was fine. A few days ago I went to the hospital for bleeding and contractions. I was given porcardia abd steroids for babys lungs.
541196 tn?1293552936 t feel a great connection with my first endocrinologist and I found another one in the area that is very friendly and thorough. She ordered lots of blood work and a thyroid sonogram. The blood work came back indicating I needed to have a MRI of pituitary gland with and without contrast, but she wanted me to check with insurance on it first. My insurance only covers it if the $2000 deductible has been met first!!!!
Avatar f tn I wish people stop complaining about what questions other people post... Either read it or don't! answer it or don't! I know this may seem hypocritical cuz i am doing the same thing right more but whatever! Don't read mine either!
Avatar f tn His mother has insulin dependent diabetes as well as his oldest sister, who has suffered retinal neuropathy and lost her eye. My daughter is of healthy weight and eats fairly well for a child her age. We take vitamins and minerals, fish oil and probiotics for healthy digestion. Lately she has been complaining of her hands hurting when she wakes up in the mornings. I ask her if it is numb kind of hurt or just an ache (growing pains possibly)She also has been complaining of headaches.
Avatar f tn My 6 year daughter keeps complaining a stomach pain on a regular basis. It is fairly generalised and not in one specific area or focused near the appendix. We have managed it so far (asked all the relevant questions about her toilet habits) and she is perfectly fine in herself, however, she has recently worked out that her stomach hurts whenever she goes to the toilet for a poo.
Avatar m tn I know each pregnancy is different. Im currently pregnant with my second child and its a girl, and I feel horrible. When I was pregnant with my son, eveything was easy. I was walking fine, wasnt really showingtoo much, I was still working up until my due date. But with this girl, she is driving me insane. I can hardly sleep, it hurts when I stand for to long. Ugh this girl just has it out for me.

Avatar n tn I've been dilated at a 6 since last Monday and baby is at station +1. Docs said they thought I would be back within 2 days to deliver because she is so low, and because I'm dilated so far. I wish she would come already! I had to stop working because they thought I wouldn't make it to the hospital in time to deliver...but LO is staying put. I'm burning up all my sick time and I feel just fine...it sounds crazy, but I wish I could go back to work until she arrives...

Avatar f tn So since I found out I was pregnant I've been looking on craigslist and eBay to help me find used baby things to buy for the baby, we're on a budget but I want to be able to get my baby what he needs without depending on other people and ever since I started doing that my bf has been complaining.
Avatar f tn This week the teacher at his crèche has informed me he keeps complaining of his head being sore, the whole day. I am worried, but there is no other complaints, he is healthy otherwise. Could this be serious?
Avatar f tn m cheating and accuses me of not loving him anymore. My blood pressure is always high because of it and he thinks because his ex wife had an extremely high sex drive and was never emotional that that's how my pregnancy is suppose to be and that I'm just like this to get attention. Can feel my blood pressure rising just typing this. Ugh!!!!!!
Avatar f tn I know every pregnancy is different but good god... this is baby #3 and everything that didnt happen to me the last 2 babies is happening with this one I feel so pregnant it ridiculous Im only 24 weeks almost 25 and I feel and look like 40 weeks ...
4238266 tn?1351628230 Sometimes they are about weight other times my diet, what is a good healthy weight/ body fat % to aim for ? I dont want to work toreds somthing that would be bad for me.
Avatar f tn Is is not healthy, but sometimes necessary. Pitocin stresses the baby out because your contractions are closer and stronger so thats no brake for you or baby thats why the babies heart rate sometimes drops when induced. You can go 42 weeks. But what they say about placenta getting old...is true but not accurate. Yes it gets old, but takes a really long time to do so and with just 20% still good the baby is healthy. I was 41 weeks and there was just a tiny little spot that was getting old.
Avatar n tn It can happen. It is not really something to worry about.
Avatar m tn Good points, specialmom. I was focusing on physical aspects that could be out of whack, but it could be more psychological in nature. Actually, there may be both physical AND psychological aspects. Childofthetao, I think you should start with your reg Dr 1st to rule out (or possibly confirm) any physical issues & then possibly seek some counseling as well. I think we all agree what you’re experiencing is not normal or healthy.
Avatar f tn Thanks, Ren. I'm taking 1800 mg of gabapentin for it, but it doesn't seem to be working right now. I also think the occipital neuralgia is worse. I don't want to take more because I'm already having side effects from the amount I'm on, but I don't know what else I can do. My optometrist (haven't seen an opthamologist) said my tears were of good quality. I've tried the eye drops anyway. They can't hurt, but they also don't seem to help.
