I was recently working out, and as soon as I started to
lift, my very first set, i got a massive headache and could not do anything else. It happened to me once before, but it was a different type of headache it was in the back of my head and my neck so i didn't work out for a week or two and i was fine. Since then i have been going to the gym for about two months and it hasn't happened. Like i said, this is a different headache. I just started taking creatine if that means anything?
