If i am able to reach it to pop the blister it gives me some relief on the tenderness. It still hurts, but not as bad and then it will crust over and heal. If i dont pop it it gets increasingly tender ( i can feel it without touching it and even is very painful if i touch the outside of my nose) and then will go away after a few days. They come and go, and i get them in both nostrils. They drive me crazy!
I have/had something similar to what you are describing, End of my nose got red and was sore. Eventually, a small area formed a head and was draining liquid/pus and some blood on expression. I mentioned it to an ENT doc at an appt and he said it was probably an infected hair inside my nose and told me to put Neosporin on it and inside the tip. I did this and it seemed to take care of it. I mentioned this to another ENT doc and he prescribed Bactraban (?

The soreness on and around my nose does not have the feel of a pimple. It is not sore on the inside. It turns red and swells slightly, as with sinusitis or similar to an infection. The pain is very intense if touched, radiating toward my ear. It's duration is about a week and then subsides, but continues to occur over, and over again.
They referred me to an ENT doctor. I do not have symptoms of pain, itching other than the recurring sore. When I showed the sore to my GP a couple of years ago, he told me it looked like a skin tag and he said he would freeze it off. That didn't sound right to me but now I'm a little freaked out that I might have staph inside my nose. I would hate for it to spread to others or other parts of my face. Sometimes the sore hurts, sometimes alot; sometimes a little.
I have also recently started suffering from hayfever and now have little scabs inside my nose, which are very itchy and sore and sometimes bleed.
I am too embarrassed to go and see my doctor about this incase its related to me taking cocaine and I wouldbe ashamed having to admit to the doctor that I take drugs.
Does anyone think that this could be related to taking coke and does anyone know of any solutions I can try and clear it myself?
It crushed the distal half of the last joint, from the fingernail on, and split the skin perpendicular to the nail about 1/4 inch. It actually squished the inside of my finger so that it was sticking out of the cut and couldn't be pushed back in, and the nail turned black nearly instantly.

I have been suffering from a virus for approximately two weeks, that has included runny nose, sore throat, drainage, etc. yesterday, I noticed my tongue was bothering me. It was painful and a little sore. When I felt my tongue, I noticed there was a lump inside of my tongue that is painful to press on. The lump is not visible, but can be felt if I grab the top and bottom of my tongue. It is located on the right side of my tongue near the tip of my tongue.
My question is that a few days ago, I believe my lip my have split due to the cold and actually developed into a bit of a sore. It was very sensitive to the touch however, it officially split about 2 days ago and is already nearly 100% healed as I have been actively putting vaseline on it. When I look at it in the mirror however, it looks somewhat circular in shape and is a little red and swollen around the outside.
I am not sure if this is due to the tightness of the inside suture or not. the nerve is still damaged. My left lip is not only a slightly different size (obvious conversationally) but it feels bruised. And I have lost some movement.
It looks as if the scar may depress a bit, is that due to the inside layer of sutures (connecting the muscle tissue) being pulled too tight? The first two weeks of healing when I talked it felt like there was a terrible pull and tightness in my lip...
Here is the problem though, from the biopsy, he cut up my nose, and now that area he cut out will not heal either. So he took a small area that wouldn’t heal, and made it much larger. As disgusting as this sounds, it forms a scab and oddly resembles a craisin in size and color. It is like a blood clot and the scab gets so large it blocks my airway, but now it is so far back from the surgery that I cant even see the sore in the mirror.
I know that I do not have an anal fissure or fistula becuase the open sore is located inside my gluteal cleft. it went away for three weeks and then the open sore re occured last week. currenty the open sore is gone but the skin inside my cleft is still a tiny bit pink. I wish i knew why this open sore goes away for three weeks then comes back then lasts for three days then goes away.
