infection zombies

I keep having these terrifying dreams of zombies, and wake up paniced my heart is racing and feels off, and I cant even go to the window because im afraid its real, but deep down I know its not. But I still freak out, and sneak quietly around the house terrified. Is there anyway to stop these nightmares?

Any other mommas like to play video games or watch YouTube blogs when there little ones asleep or if their bored? I play plants vs zombies haha and I love to watch grav3yardgirl on YouTube shes hilarious!

Last night I was chasing zombies and the night before that I was designing haunted houses for a living.

Season 4 premier on Oct 13 I'm so excited!!! I even got the app and made zombies out of my daughter and hubby my self of course lol.

Tonight I watched the oscars with family had fun some playful bets were made lots of fun. I just laid down for the night and my first thought was omg what do I do incase of zombies?! Like wth. Nothing all day had anything to do with that subject but now I'm scared of every sound my house makes. I'm trembling like no bodys business. I'm having hot and cold flashes and feel like I'm going to vomit.

He will explain to me how things work and why all the time, so when he developed this fear of Zombies upstairs and monsters in the dark I was so confused to how this came about. He has never had a problem sleeping in his own bed, never afraid to walk upstairs to use the bathroom in the dark alone, or need a night light, etc. Now, he has to have a night light, the door wide open, and refuses to go pee or poo at all unless i'm upstairs with him.

Had a wonderful Halloween. My grandaughter and I dressed up like Zombies and went out for our annual Halloween. Our family meets at a neighborhood Haunted house and after that trick or treat in the same neighborhood. Alot of adults dress up and that gives me the excuse to indulge my inner child and dress up also. I was a little disapointed when my family didn't seem to like my costume and made no comment about it.

Lol I dreamed the other night that I was on a ship to south Africa to try and escape zombies... Then someone on the ship could change people into zombies for like 30 seconds just by touching them... Then they would turn back normal after a few seconds. Then one night I dreamed that I was fighting zombies and I was stabbing them in the neck with a pen and every time I stabbed one blood would spurt everywhere and I would gag... Then I woke up and realized I was REALLY gagging...

Seriously I have had the same dreams lol in my first trimester I was always dreaming about zombies and my bf cheating on me and some sex dreams.

For sure the 3 zombies! Love it! And that describes my mood probably 85% of the time!

I had the same dream also ones about zombies look it up online with the dream dictionary its nothing about death its about emotions

Ps3 and ps4 got my own profiles and i love to play zombies :)

and i harldy watch anything with zombies. But u can always try a take a relaxing bath before bed that helps sometimes...

But this time around things are just so weird.

Needless to say my bf was working nights and being pregnant and alone after watching season after season of zombies made me very paranoid lol but I'm addicted now

ROFL!!! I agree about the zombies! I'm supposed to take the zanaflex 3x daily & lately I have had too but coupled with the fatigue I already have I guess I really do look like something in Night of the living dead lol!

i became kinda parinoid that something bad was going to happen like zombies or someone was going to come into my house and hurt my family. i always told myself that i was full of it and nothing was going to happen and for maybe a couple months i was really bad i thought alot about hideing myself and everybody in the bathroom and i had terrible tightness in my chest i thought iwas haveing a stroke or something.

My son is 16 months and I'm pregnant again (planned). I had we're dreams like zombies. But this pregnancy I'm having dreams of murder and it's scary. I honestly think my baby will be evil due to these dreams.

The pain wakes me up at night and I am geting worried. Are these signs of a need for a root canal or signs of an infection? Or something else? What should I do?

I've been able to remember my dreams better. I never really used to.
