Hello, I had sex with a girl a few days ago with condom. At that time my perineum was very itching and there maybe some small wound near the anus and perineum. So is there any possibility that her vaginal secretions contaminated my anus and perineum then the HIV invalid through the small wound in my perineum? Thanks for your answer.
clindamycin which I have 2 days left and have had quite few of the side effects related. As of Friday I noticed 3 papercut shaped and sized cuts on my perineum directly under my vagina(I believed this was from the intense scratching I did with the infections and having long nails) and anal itching and pain(I assumed this was from the loose stool I've had from the side effects of the meds and a laxative I took for 2 days from constipation).
m really confused by what this could be - I have been to the STD clinic and they took a swab of the perineum sore (which did hurt) and they popped one of the pimples to take a swab of that (which didn't really hurt) but I'm just waiting for the results and going out of my mind worrying. There's a possibility that it's herpes as I've just started dating someone new but he has no symptoms.

You may have a yeast infection . If there's absolutley no dischage then it can't be a vaginal dischage. If when you pee, and it hurts it may be a urine ifection . But i think you should go see a doctor !
Sorry to read of you problem. From your description, you are describing a perineocele. This is a hernia between the rectum and vagina. This would be an unusual finding in someone of your age. I would suggest you see a gynecologist or urogynecologist in you area to be evaluated.

I am a 22 year old male and for the past three weeks I have been experiencing some "aches" in my scrotum and around my perineum. (I say perineum because that is generally where I think it may be located, it is deeper though... for some reason I keep thinking its the prostate.)
The ache seems to move around and is not constant. Last week it usually felt like it was in the back of my testicle (but not actually on the testicle) and this week I don't have an ache there.
Please, please, please do not accept a diagnosis of a yeast infection or something of that sort- a lot of the topical creams contain steroids (like triamcinolone) which, although helpful, will mask the actual diagnosis. LS carries a risk of cancer, so women need proper monitoring and LIFE LONG treatment even when flairs stop. So again, anyone with these symptoms- get a biopsy. I can't stress that enough... it could save you years of suffering and possibly vulvular cancer down the road.
i would go and see your doctor to make sure u dont have any other infections, and get something for the yeast infection.
On April 8th I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with my partner- dumb, i know. We had been seeing each other for a while and this was our first encounter. Before we engaged in sexual activity, we talked about our history. He stated that he had been tested in January and came back clean for everything. He said he was just as concerned and cautious as I was about his sexual health.
About 24 days later I noticed red, irritated skin around my perineum (skin between your vagina and anus).
I checked myself daily with a hand mirror and noticed two small, tiny hard bumps under the skin on perineum almost 3 weeks after exposure. So of course I messed with them. Squeezed them, scraped them, put rubbing alcohol on them. And it started to look like an ulcer to me. Just a white patch. I immediately made an appointment and saw a nurse practitioner. He looked at it and instantly said he was almost positive it wasn't herpes.
I am very sensitive so it started hurting after a whie. A day later the skin of my perineum tore and my vagina felt itchy and sore. I figured it was a yeast infection. I've had them many times before. I actually started to worry that my problem was chronic. So i took the meds my doctor told me to take and applied "Macmiror" cream. I started to feel better but I woke up one morning with tiny blisters on my perineum.
I squeezed it and a fair amount of pus/blood came out. The lump got smaller the next couple of days after I had taken some antibiotics which I had leftover from a previous sinus infection. It went away until a week ago. It came back so I squeezed it out again but this time it was a smaller amount. I laid down in bed and then I felt it draining more so I squeezed it more. It sealed itself up pretty quickly but it left my perineum swollen in an oblong shape that went down to my rectum/anus.
About 2 years ago i started to experience pain right in the centre of the perineum. It was a burning/tense pain. I went to the doctor and he gave me augmentin and it cleared up for the whole summer but returned the following september of 2015. I decided to leave it and see what happened as i'd had a testicular exam and my doctor couldn't see anything worrying. About 4 months later i went back to the doc and he gave me another course of augmentin, this time not clearing anything.
The doctor gave me Clotrimazole 1% to apply for a week and I noticed a lot of improvement. I can say the infection completely went away. Dr advised to keep applying at least for 2 more weeks after the infection goes away.
On 14th Dec I started noticing a weird throbbing sensation in my perineum. I ignored it for a couple of days but when it continued I couldn't ignore it any more.
So I have been sleeping with the same guy for the last six months. Then the last time we slept together about 4 days later I got why I thought was a yeast infection. I have had them before and so I bought an over the counter med which was an equate brand and a med I never had used. I tried inserting the cream but it came out when I took the applicator out so I had to insert it manually. After I started swelling on my perineum and got these open sores there as well.
I took a look and it turns out I have three cuts/gashes on my perineum. Everytime I urinate they burn very badly. I started putting neosporin on them yesterday, but they are definitely still there and still painful.
I just went to the Gyno 2 days ago, but I didn't mention anything about the cuts because I figured they'd go away, but now I'm geting worried. It was just a yearly annual, so will the doctor be able to see if these cuts are something else besides simply a cut?
I have acquired a fleshy growth on my anus, bordering the perineum. It doesn't look particularly like a wart, but more a fleshy mound projecting out as if from inflammation. It is the same colou as the skin surrounding. I think it may be a form of hemarrhoid as I have had these internally in the past.
However I fear that it may be connected with my only ( ill-advised, unplanned) extra-marital exposure, with a female CSW some months ago. This exposure was protected.
