Implants breast before and after

Common Questions and Answers about Implants breast before and after

breast

Avatar n tn I am in the "asking questions" stage before seeing a plastic surgeon as I am considering breast implants to enlarge a "barely A" to a "C" cup. I am wondering if cost of implants has anything to do with outcome. One nurse told me about tissue expanders before the actual implant will give a better look, any truth to this? Also, since the shell of the implant is silicone any reason to not choose silicone fill?
Avatar f tn I called my doctor and ask an advice – he settled my mind that bottoming out in my case is impossible because my “beforebreast wasn’t pendent. And for achieving symmetry he suggested me to press right implant down by using girdle bandage. In few hours later I realized that implants replaced very law. The problem existed before but I saw it as a bottoming out. Then I removed bandages and started to use them to push back my implants up. In three-four days situation become pretty good.
453893 tn?1205859801 I had breast implants on August 8th 2007. Seven months later, last week, I had a mammogram which revealed an 8mm nodular density on the upper right breast. This morning an ultrasound confirmed the presence of this white mass, so a biopsy has been scheduled for tomorrow. There is no lump in the breast, only this shadow. This breast is more sensitive and hurts consistently. The scar under the right breast hasn't healed at the same speed of the left breast scar.
Avatar n tn Hi, after a mammogram I was told that I have calcification on my right breast and I need a biopsy to find out how serious this is. I have breast implant above my muscle tissue. Is my implant in a great risk to be puncture? would it be necessary to remove the implant? Thank you for your input.
Avatar n tn I have a situation that is similar to you. In the last year I have had two separate lumps that don't show up on mammogram or ultrasound. I have been to three separate sugeons for second and third opinions, since I'm the paranoid type. These doctors all feel that they don't warrent a biospy at this time.
Avatar f tn Actually, if your nipple still has feeling, the chance are high. Breast augmentation (breast implants) isn't a reason alone not to be able to produce breast milk. Most likely, it depends on the kind of surgery you had, but most approaches are compatible with breastfeeding. Incisions made under the fold of the breast or through the armpit shouldn't cause any trouble. A "Smile" incision around the areola increase your risks of breastfeeding complications.
Avatar n tn Thanks ladies for responding. @Amy1830 see I was a small A before implants and went up to a D I'm 33w1d and my cup size has not change much during pregnancy still wearing the same bra of D or Dd for extra support that's why I feel like I'm not producing milk what's so ever.
Avatar n tn this has nothing to do with ttc but i am ttc and i have to know before i make a big decision.so i plan on having my breast done before summer comes. i want the saline implants at about mayb a 30c or a 38b i now wear a 28a or sometimes i can even go without bras or were childrens training bras.
Avatar f tn No chemo, no radioation. The tram flap did not take and I ended up with huge wounds on my abdomen and breast. I am now healed and my plastic surgeon says I can have now an implant placed in my breast area. He suggested I start with an expander, have scar revision done on my tummy, and in about 8 weeks (after the skin has stretched) have implants placed. Multiple people in my support group have told me I should go with another doctor since my tram failed, but I really like this doctor.
Avatar n tn How bad will radiation be on my implant-would I get new implants after all is done? will the breast getting radiation look lik ethe other one? if I get cancer in the other one can you do a masectomy on the both even thouogh one has been radiated?
Avatar n tn My implants are over the muscle and was done at the crease under the breast. I have two other children 1 of which I had absolutely no problems nursing, however that was before I got the lift!!! If anyone has experience with this or knows someone I would love to hear what you have to say!!!!! TIA!!!
Avatar f tn I have breast implants. Mine are saline and my surgeon and obgyn said i could still breast feed.
Avatar f tn I have them. It's went OK. I bought nursing bras because my regular bras felt to tight & my breastfeeding felt smushed. they got probably 2 cup sizes bigger.im almost 4 weeks out & I'm producing milk not as much but I'm bottle & breastfeeding feeding.
Avatar f tn Hi, Wondering if having breast implants could be the reason for my clustered microcalcifications. I had my left nipple invert on me after breast feeding my 5th and last child seven yrs ago, I had diagnostic mammo and US and everything was ok. My mammos every year since had been fine. A year ago decided to have implants and first mammo after, the calcifications were discovered, radiologist at the time said to just watch them. Went for my six mo.
Avatar f tn Yep you can breastfeed even if you have implants. My sister got silicone implants and went from a size A to a full C and breastfeed just fine... plus her boobs still look perky after two kids while mine now feel the force of gravity and are pointing towards the ground. I'm getting implants when I can.

Avatar n tn Hi, please see the link with my breast augmentation. they are before and 3 weeks after. Is i real that by moving down with time implants will 'push' my nipples a bit up and add mor volume at the bottom. if yes then how many months..? I had anatomical Arion 425cc implants... http://****.
Avatar n tn Hi, I am thinking of getting before my next surgery as I will end up on warfarin and told by a few docs they would be surprised if I was allowed to undergo breast implants after. I have about a year or maybe two before my prosthetic valve deteriorates to the point I would have to have replaced. I noticed you said you had one rupture and was curious if You know How common that is?
Avatar f tn I was a c before my first son then a Dr after. Was a dd before my second son and now I'm a DDD and currently still bf. Mine get bigger.
7928796 tn?1396351929 Its really different for everyone... I know one woman who breast fed three babies a year a piece with implants and I know another that breast fed her first, got implants and couldn't breast feed her second or third...
Avatar f tn I prefer breast implants to be placed under the muscle. I have very little breast tissue and have heard that people with no breast tissue or little breast tissue will get better results if the implants are placed under the muscle. And I will most probably be getting implants within couple of months. I have already talked to a surgeon Dr. Robert Backstein of Steeles Avenue Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Toronto, but haven't confirmed of getting the surgery.
Avatar f tn Its been 4 days since we had unprotected sex. I have had cramps, breast tenderness, and a headache today. I took a test and its negative. Can I really be having these symptoms after conceiving only 4 days ago!?
Avatar n tn My 32 year old daughter had saline implants, within silicone sleeves four years ago and..has been ill ever since. After two years of being constantly ill (fevers/weakness, arm and leg pain, numbness in arms and legs, dizziness, constant nausea, extreme exhaustion, stomach pain, diarrhea/constipation, extreme breast/nipple pain in one breast, overall muscle pain, eye floaters, eye focusing issues. Not a fun situation and, devastating, financially, after doctor/hospital bills, which are ongoing).
Avatar n tn I've had breast cancer twice now and also had saline implants. It's not unusual to have little twitches or small pains, you do have scar tissue in there. I would like to say and have said it before to Drs. that dismiss the pain with breast cancer shame on you. At age 32 they tried to dismiss my lump first because of my age and second because it was painful .... breast cancer doesn't hurt....WRONG!!!!!!! If I had listened to the Drs, I would not be here today. It was cancer.
Avatar f tn Hi. I am 34 years old and have had saline filled breast implants for 12 years now. For the past few months I have had severe left side chest pain, back pain and left arm tingling. I now have high blood pressure and tachycardia and am on a beta-blocker for this. Recent labs show a high Rheumatoid factor and very high IgG. I am currently under the care of a cardiologist for the chest pain and will be doing further testing soon.
581359 tn?1454006442 t have a personal experience, but a friend of mine had 2 children, both in her early 20s (3 years apart) after she had her breasts enlarged and I know for sure she did not remove the implants during that time. The pregnancies did not "ruin" the breasts and went back to their size afterwards. I don't know about stretch marks, didn't see them ;) She was even breastfeeding both kids and seemed fine. Sorry, that's all of my limited knowledge about the issue!
Avatar f tn I got breast implants after my 3rd baby (thinking I was done) but later down the road decided we wanted one more. I know a lot of ppl breast feed and everything with them but I have so much more breast pain since I got pregnant. I'm guessing just the normal changes your boobs go through being pregnant plus those implants in there are causing the pain. But now I'm getting super worried about when milk comes in? Is that just going to be unbearable?
Avatar f tn I had implants 3 years ago (crease incision) and have been going to specialist preparing to breast feed classes for mom's with implants, because some have lost nipple sensation or have had areola incision it may be more difficult but not necessarily impossible to feed.
