I was prescribed Aldara (imiquimod) to get rid of a few perianal HPV warts since cryotherapy was only making it worse. After only about 2 weeks of usage almost all symptoms of the warts were gone however I now have perianal psoriasis in its place. That is one of the side-effects of imiquimod and it mainly strikes people whom are genetically prone to having psoriasis.
If they are TRUE seb keratosis they do not turn into cancer.
2, Is it useful for me to use Imiquimod with no genital warts? Or does Imiquimod useful to help me clear the hpv virus in three months?
3, I also have an ulcers on my penis a week ago which can be seen when it's wet (it become white), and it disappear after 5 days. I kind of thought it's because of the allergy of Imiquimod. But does herpes appear 3 months after the sex?

Imiquimod can cause skin redness and fungal infection but it is less likely to cause blood in semen or hematospermia. It can occur due to many conditions such as infections, swellings (inflammations), cysts, stones & other obstructive lesions, and benign or non-benign tumors of the organs of the genitourinary system (involving the bladder, urethra, the testicles, the seminal vesicles, the epididymis, the prostate gland etc).
For small warts, several medications(like podophyllum resin, Podofilox (Condylox), Trichloroacetic and bichloroacetic acids, Imiquimod 5% cream and interferons) are available, which can be applied directly to the surface of the warts but they should be used after a dermatologist’s guidance. Other treatment options include electrical cautery, surgical removal, Carbon dioxide laser treatment and electrodesiccation.
I started using imiquimod last week for hpv warts around my anus and it has been working but I am unable to walk without wanting to puke due to pain. Can't use the bathroom without pain either. However , I have more erections during sleep (than day time ), the imiquimod cream might be wiped off by the underwear when I have an erection. Stucco keratosis is characterized by benign growths on the skin especially the extremities. The modes of treatment are topical 5% Imiquimod, scraping the lesion, cryotherapy and electrodessication. Red light collagen therapy is used for healing of wounds like diabetic skin ulcers, serious burns, and severe oral sores and proposed to be helpful in erasing wrinkles but I am unaware of its use in stucco keratosis.
we have a pet care of business, & a client of ours has this skin issue and has craters like this on his body that are about the size of a quarter. he has been dealing with this for about
two different vets, three courses of antibiotics, gentamicin spray , routine cleaning by the vet.a new one pops up every few weeks.

The last time I went in to get them burned off she prescribed me imiquimod (I think that's the generic version of Aldara). And I'd say I used it for probably 4-6 weeks. What I found was that it helped to prevent my new, small warts from growing any larger, but didn't actually make them go away. I stopped using it because it began to cause painful sores/lesions in other areas of my penis.
