imiquimod itching

We tried Benzoil peroxide, neosporin and lotrimin with no results. We like to exchange back rubs but its not fun to feel all the bumps and the itching is bothersome. We have a medium distance photo and some pics taken with a digital microscope. It looks like the hair follicles are the location of the problem. Thanks in advance for any ideas. ~Cam.

Ive been on aldara (imiquimod) 5% for approximately 2 months now. I cant notice if im seeing any improvement with my genital warts. However, ive developed a ridiculous rash around the application site. which is extremely red and irritated. The rash looks almost like if i ran really fast and slid my knee on a rug, except its around the base of my penis. Its sometimes itchy and i feel as if at sometimes its developing a particular scab. will this redness ever go away?

Red pimple like thing on underside of shaft with dimple in center. No itching, no crusting, no growth in size. I did squeeze it day before first doctor visit...and it got irritated a bit. September 28th: First doctor said possible genital wart (she could not be "100% certain" cause she said i shouldnt have squeezed it and caused irritation) and then used liquid nitrogen with q-tip on lesion. Can anyone describe their experiences with Imiquimod? I am on the 3.75% cream which my doctor has told me to use every other day for a month. In the first 2 weeks, nothing happened, only just a couple days ago I noticed a very slight indication that the medication might be working, but I'm still not sure. I have about 20-30 very small warts, and notice 2 or 3 of them showing a bit of redness and drying up a bit. Still not sure if this is due to the medication.

A couple of weeks ago i discovered warts on my genital area at the base of my penis and was diagnosed formally by my dr. I was prescribed imiquimod to be applied 3 days a week but heard apple cider vinegar does a great job of clearing warts. Hello I am hoping that one of you have experience or knowledge with the cream Aldara or Imiquimod. I have been using it for about 4 weeks now on anal warts and it has made them pretty much go away. But the itching and burning is EXTREME to say the least and is a minute to minute struggle every day and is ruining my life. I am wondering how long to expect this to continue after I discontinue using the cream or any suggestions for relief until then.
