It is called Chromhidrosis, and is characterized by "the secretion of coloured sweat". It is also noted that this is a rare condition, so information on it is quite limited. I am going to see my doctor in a few weeks and will definitely bring it up.

I have been sick (vomiting, fever etc) had unprotected sex and two days ago woke up with cramps in lower stomach and brown and pink spotting. Over the last few hrs, its turned into a light period.
