Hey my weight is 61 kg and my height is 160 cm how can I lose 7 kg in month and what is the perfect weight for me ana what I can eat to lose weight
I'm not very good at metrics so I converted 56 kg and come up with between 120-129 lb. That's not ideal but I've seen a lot more weight stacked onto a 5' body. You don't mention your body make up; eg: you say you have really big thighs. Are the muscular, a bit flabby, or littered with cellulite? You also didn't mention your age. Losing weight and/or contouring your body is really not that difficult but it does take time.

Hello! At 170 cm and 56 kg you are at a BMI of 19.2 and you are just 16. Do not go for further weight loss. Eat healthy and exercise and involve in sports. Do not do stressful exercises which are not necessary for your age, your age permits for further growth of your long bones. You have not stopped your growth. Once you achieve 19-20 years then go to a gym! Take care!
Guys, if you're gaining cm instead of weight, maybe it's because your muscles are going to right place, like your butt is bigger, but the waist is littler. Sorry about the bad english.
Males: IBW = 50 kg + 2.3 kg for each inch over 5 feet. Females: IBW = 45.5 kg + 2.3 kg for each inch over 5 feet Your IBW is calculated to be 61.5 kg, so you are currently about 22% below your ideal body weight. In addition, your body mass index (BMI) is 17.6, which is considered underweight. With your height and age, you are in the 5th percentile when plotted on the Growth Curve Chart of the Bayley-Pinneau method. So, by definition, you are not in the short stature category.
am 20 , 157 cm , and i weight 56 kg but am curvy so my hips are thick and wide my fat percent is 26% and water is 54% what is my ideal fat percent and how mush should i loss of weight to make my hips look thinner ( i gain and loss weight from my hips only )
I'm a 15 years old girl my height is 155 cm and my weight is between 40 kg and 39 kg is that accepteble?
First a small exercise for those who are more familiar with American weights and measures. 157 cm ~ 62' = 5' 2", and 39kg ~ 86 pounds. Why you'd want to reduce your weight escapes me, maybe I made a mistake in my calculation on weight. I used 2.2 pounds per kg. Anyway, I would discuss with a medical doctor. That said, I do not fully understand the symptom you described. How did you determine "weaker"?
Sou brasileira, tenho 43 anos, 1,54 cm, 62,5 kg.

Greetings everyone, i am 18 year old male, 175 cm, 95 kg. A few hours ago i have found this app called "My Diet Diary" and i gave it a try, thought it would erase some question marks about dieting i have, even though the daily calory budget and meal calory calculating are very helpful, (for example) I don't even know if the calories shown in calory budget are necessary for me to gain in a day, or simply if i have less calories than it says i win?
I am 29, male, 170 cm, and 65 kg. Plus, HBV patient on Entecavir treatment for 4 months. 2 years ago, I was 85 kg and used to smoke (1 package in a day). I was always tired and my bone, muscle and joint aching. I did not have energy to do any pshyical activity (even walking). I did not have happiness of life.. Then I went for my military service. During 6 months military service, I promised myself to weight loss and give up smoking. I have fulfilled what I promised.
I’m normally around 61 kg and I’m now weighing 57,3 kg which is low for me and not ideal (169 cm). Normally I could eat less and still not lose any weight but I am wondering if it is the new regime (low fat and low sugar) that’s decreased my weight or if it could be the illness? Also, is it common to do the triple therapy with the antibiotics first and the proton pump inhibitor later?
I am 29 yrs old and 1.62m in height and my weight is 82kg. I have been actively watching/doing something about my weight since 17 October 1997. However, within the first 2 months I lost a total of 10Kg. I have for the last 7 months been going up and down like a rollercoaster within 2kg's. I can't seem to lose any more weight. What is the recommended weight for me. How can I lose more weight easier.
You haven’t say how tall you are. For example if you are 180 cm, you should be maximum 80 kg, if we talking about an idol weight. But you know that, the question will you do anything about it? You do not have heart failure, but in the future you might have all sort of problems if you are not working on those kilos. With walking you will not burn enough calories; you should do more, even if you have to take deeper breaths. I know it is hard. But it is not impossible.
This can lead to appetite and weight issues. Your nose has vital nervous system connections to your lungs and heart. Not breathing well through your nose can alter your heart rate and blood pressure, as well as to increasing your stress response. Your nose makes about 2 pints of mucous every day. If your nose isn't working properly and mucous isn't cleared, the stagnant mucous can lead to infections such as sinusitis or ear infections.
of course ! unless you the 2 male things we have down there..stop it..HCG does not in anyway help with weight loss..need proof...just ask...
your weight numbers will look very different whether it is recorded as pounds or kilograms since 1 kg = 2.2 lbs. A discussion of this subject and the formula for changing plus cylinder to minus cylinders or vice versa is available at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eyeglass_prescription 8. Correction of astigmatism at the time of cataract surgery is desirable. There are different ways to accomplish this; some are simple while others complex.
As previously reported, IDEAL compared 180 mcg/week pegylated interferon afa-2a (Pegasys) plus 1000-1200 mg/day weight-adjusted ribavirin versus 1.0 or 1.5 mcg/kg/week pegylated interferon alfa-2b (PegIntron) plus 800-1400 mg/day ribavirin in more than 3000 previously untreated genotype 1 chronic hepatitis C patients at 118 U.S. sites.
Sluggish, headaches, sporadically not motivated, weight gain, difficult to lost weight even after running up to 5 miles three times a week, not happy, anxious, tired but difficult to go to sleep (high level of axiety, i think), etc.. I don't have the energy to get exicted over things anymore. Basically lots of the symptoms that I have found online for hypothyroidism. I am 35 in a couple weeks and I just attributed most of the way I feel to just getting older.
Are you taking Liothyronine? Does it help your lethargy and weight control?? Sorry I realise this is off the topic but i just wanted to know. On the topic I am in a position to try some different ideas so if I come up with anything I will deffinately post it.
Last few months (Apr-June) I've had a lot of work related stress, and v disturbed meal timings. Had GERD-like symptoms, acidity etc; and also weight loss 3-4 kg. Checked HBvDNA on 01 Jul,12 by chance, and it was 25,800 COPIES/m. HbsAg +ve. I read alot and got really scared for mutations. Showed 3 specialists. My results were: 01 Jul: HBvDNA, 25,800 Copies/m. (IUs ??); HBeAg -ve; HBeAb +ve.
I too don't have an eating disorder, I'm quite sure about this. My weight is 45 kg (sorry I don't know how to converge this) and I am 157 cm (don't know how to converge this, too). But I don't think I have this *problem* out of thinness. If it was so, what about all the skinny models then? What about anorexic people? (I really have never heard or seen another girl with a problem like mine. Here I read for the first time about someone with the same complaint!
It's just 'too' unusual for someone with a previous history of varicoceles to induce low testosterone almost over night. Regarding your testicles, do you feel like they change weight/size or density (sometimes 'soft', other times 'hard') throughout the day? Have you noticed any scrotum skin changes? With the exception of having your penis 'shrunk up' while off TRT, what other symptoms do you have? If you feel the TRT makes you feel a little better i would stay on it.
I am so worn out from pain that I feel I had put in a full day each morning and therefore I am tired and am becoming more inactive daily. I am gaining weight from inactivity. This must be a nerve thing because the other day I turned wrong and found myself in a predicament. Had I had the phone with me I would have called 911. Seems a lot of people have this yet most of the doctors think your nuts when you explain it to them.
During the time of the pain I've gone from extremely out of shape, to fairly fit, and back again. No changes. No major weight changes either. Has anyone tired massage yet? Sounds like I don't need to bother with sleeping pills, and better if I don't.
1 Are you underweight, normal weight, overweight or obese? I would say normal...however did put on some weight over the winter but symptoms haven't gotten any worse 2 How old were you when the pains started? 23 years old 3 How long have you experienced the pain for? I am now almost 26-3years 4 Do you get pain a) after sexual arousal, b) after a bowel movement, c) after urinating, d) after exercise, e) all of the above all of the above but at different times after each for example a.
