For your size, that's not even enough to
accommodate your daily BMR.
Your ideal weight
can be anywhere between 149 and 170, so don't get stuck on the 150 number. AND with all the exercise you, apparently, get you will be quite muscular, so even though your weight might be higher than you want, you might be in better shape than you think. Try taking your measurements, periodically, and see if you're getting "smaller", even if not "lighter".
