re ok-ed to take ibuprofen or tylenol, you should take those to keep your temp down and yourself more comfortable. For me (never been pregnant), a fever of over 100 while taking ibuprofen or tylenol or a fever that keeps coming back over 3 or 4 days would have me in to see the doctor.

As for the Ibuprofen, it probably gets your fever down then it comes back when you go off of it. But it shouldn't be gone for a whole day and then come back. So that is why I wonder what you have been doing and where you live. Any recent travel?

Hey I usually do intense workouts(Circuit training: high rep weight-lifting with very short breaks, and moderate weights for about an hour, and during evening I do sprints) 5 times a week (I workout two days in a row, a then take a third day off). Okay, So I didn't workout two days in a row, and on the second day I got a fever (around 100). I took ibuprofen, and it didn't do anything (I still felt like ****).

I have found that taking ibuprofen does help to reduce the fever and help me to feel better. I have no problem not drinking since this has been happening. I am just curious to find out if it sounds familiar to anyone or if anyone could explain what might be going on with my body.
