If you should develop any of the minor or major side effects reported to have occurred with Septra, do contact your doctor immediately and discontinue any further doses of the drug. Some of the minor
side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, abdominal pain, joint pain, pain in muscles, cough, and shortness of breath.
Additionally, both tylenol and Midol contain acetaminophen, so it would not be a good idea to take the two together.
