t know why they think massage and adjustments will help after two months of it and no improvement. Oh well. I really want to be happy. Wish I could be thankful for the good things. But the pain and the weight gain has me down. I'm not quite so bichy to my husband anymore. Guess that's a good thing!

I have a lot of back / spine issues. I take some pretty heavy medication, but as far as OTC meds go, I find Liquid Gel Advil helps me the most. A couple of things to keep in mind: Ibuprofen can damage your kidneys and acetaminophen (Tylenol) can damage your liver. Prescription meds like hydrocodone have acetaminophen in them. Good luck.
Hi, I ended up inserting some of an alcohol-based gel into my urethra 3 days ago. I have been using Azo for the pain, which is helping some, but I am surprised at how little the symptoms are abating. Could it be that this will take a while to heal? Could this have caused some kind of permanent damage?
Thanks christina. i only apply ibuprofen gel (cream)on sternum . i didnt have ibuprofen.i dont have fever but feeling pins in legs when i use laptop by folding legs for more than 20mint.i dont have cough.Dr check many times but When i feel heavy feeling on center of chest then few mints i hear wizlling sound on deep breath then after two three deep breaths that sound gone.I dont know i have infection any where or not because dr dont tell me anythings.
Ibuprofen and such tends to give me stomach pain and I've been On ibuprofen for years. Heat helps but just for the 30 sex or so the heat is applied. Other than that nothing.
Get some aloe vera gel for the burn/blisters (pure aloe is best.) Also Tylenol or ibuprofen will help the pain a bit. Drink plenty of fluids. Orange juice is a good choice. I had a very bad burn once that caused me to be in the ER. They gave me IV fluids and told me about the ibuprofen and fluids. They specifically mentioned orange juice ... maybe for the potassium.
Also, I'm sure you're already aware, but tanning isn't a good thing to do.

whenever i carry any small weight like 2 or 3 kg i feel pressure and pain in sternum..Only ibuprofen gel (muscuskeleton pain relief) give me temporary relief.Sleeping at straight position also give relief from pain but i feel pain if i turn on sides.I cant wear tight cloth at the end of sternum.it increases pain.
Its good to check with your dr, but I've been on ibuprofen 600mg every 6 hours since 17weeks. I'm 30 now and will stop at 32. Everything will be fine for you!
Is 3-6 200mg Ibuprofen a day for a 3-6 days a week bad for you over a long period of time?
My doctor said that ibuprofen is a big no no but then again it is only one time and many have taken it before knowing they were pregnant i am sure u and ur baby will be fine just try not to have it next time.
Sorry about your injury. Using ibuprofen gel or topical NSaids does not necessarily have to be covered. You can ask your doctor about that or the pharmacist where you frequent. A few points, remember to not mix with other nsaids, avoid touching your eyes, mouth or open wound, WASH YOUR HANDS after application, use only the amount the doctor has prescribed for you, don't shower or swim or wash the area for at least an hour after putting it on, and try to keep the area cool.
Ugh and ouch. Those hurt. You can apply some ice to the area which will help reduce swelling. And then you treat it like any other burn. Aloe vera works well-- they make a gel form. You could try otc hydrocortisone too. I'd consider covering it if it is oozing. As it heals you will want to be good about keeping it out of the sun. And you can take ibuprofen for pain. How long it takes to heal is really dependent on how bad the burns are.
After they discovered the hole the doctor told me to wash it good in the shower and then put safe gel in the hole and cover it with a gauze pad twice a day. The hole looked so bad it made me a nervous wreck having to look at it let alone to change the dressing and I started having anxiety attacks. After two months of doctor visits the safe gel was drying up in the hole and the gauze pad was sticking to the new skin filling in the nipple.
Can Kidney pain be a side effect of taking Ibuprofen? I was taking ibuprofen last week consecutively for 3 days (400mg t.i.d) after laser eye surgery. A day or so after starting it I experienced mild pain/discomfort in my left flank that came in waves. When I stopped taking the ibuprofen the flank pain also stopped.
The next day I took one more dose - the flank pain started again within an hour, but was gone the next day.
Good day! I have been experiencing tennis elbow (tendonitis) in my right elbow for the last 6 months. It's due to weight training and heavy lifting. I've cut back on the weight but still have soreness (though not as bad.) I've tried ice a few times each day, a brace when I exercise and Advil yet I still have it. My health insurance plan at work ***** and I don't want to go see a doctor as I don't have the money. Any suggestions? Thanx!!!
