I have an itchy rash on my butt. He said it was dermatitis. He prescribed an Ibuprofen piconol cream (a Japanese brand that is that). He said to buy gauze from a chemist and to use a gauze to put it on. He did it once and it stayed but the one that I bought and daubed the cream doesn't stay. Falls off very quickly. The question is does using a gauze matter medically( it might be to just protect clothes) for applying this cream? I am putting in on by hand now.

So my stomach has been itching for about a week now. I woke up at 0230 scratching myself to find that it felt like I had a rash. Called the labor and delivery and the midwife told me that he thinks its PUPPPs. Which in lame man's terms means red itchy rash during pregnancy. Got me a cream to pick up in the AM and that for tonight take benadryl (which is already helping). Does anyone else have this? I am kinda worried/bothered abput having it for 5more weeks.

Can Kidney pain be a side effect of taking Ibuprofen? I was taking ibuprofen last week consecutively for 3 days (400mg t.i.d) after laser eye surgery. A day or so after starting it I experienced mild pain/discomfort in my left flank that came in waves. When I stopped taking the ibuprofen the flank pain also stopped. The next day I took one more dose - the flank pain started again within an hour, but was gone the next day.
