is it okay to use ibuprofen for a child of 5 years (he has got severe headache and very high body temperature) who is on tegretol and keppra medication?

How many hrs were between the dose of fluconazle and Xanax ? I feel like death and I took the fluconazle one pill at 8 am and it's now 11 pm and feel like total blahhh!!!

The label on my bottle says to not take the tenofovir with ibuprofen. However, I previously asked my doctor if ibuprofen (among many other question I had) would be okay to take alongside it occasionally --- and he said it was no problem. Hmmm. What to believe? Similarly, the Midol (cramps and body aches) contains ibuprofen and should not be taken with an additional dose of ibuprofen. You need to consult a doctor about your withdrawal from the Xanax. The new doctor should have reviewed your record and should have prescribed a substitute to what you were taking knowing this could be an Issue.

Not sure about tylenol...my MD prescribed xanax and told me ibuprofen (motrin) was okay for pain.

I went to a pain management clinic for over 15 years but I cannot find a new clinic that will accept me because I take Xanax AND I CANNOT COME OFF THEM I have tried several times. My psychiatrist has even written a letter to some clinics stating I cannot come off of the Xanax but they still refuse to take me and want to put me on Suboxone and I do not know what to do. I CANNOT TAKE THE PAIN ANYMORE.

I am suffering from depression and anxiety. I recently saw my psychiatrist, and he prescribed Effexor (37.5mg a week until I get to 150mg) to treat these conditions. I am prescribed xanax for anxiety (recently for anxiety and panic attacks) and I got doxycycline hyclate for a sinus infection yesterday from a small clinic. I completely forgot to ask if there was an interaction between these two drugs. I may not even have to take the xanax, only if I have a panic attack will I. Is it possible these symptoms are being caused by Xanax withdrawal or interaction between Xanax and Dramamine or Azithromiacin (antiabiotic). Most of the muscle buzzing, muscle twitches and insomnia started after mixture of Dramamine and Xanax.

I'm currently taking xanax, and will start prozac tomorrow. Does anyone know of any possible interaction between xanax and prozac taken together? My doctor says he's not aware of anything, But I just wanted to get some opinions from people who may have first hand knowledge or know of someone who does. So I guess do benzos and ssri's mix well? I really need the xanax untill the prozac can kick in.

I have early RA, just got the latest blood work back. My liver and blood count look great but my doc said my kidney function is slightly off. The creatinine is high at 1.09 and the GFR is low at 54. I was occasionally taking ibuprofen but have stopped completely now. I'm also on mtx, folic acid, norco for pain and also xanax. The doc said she wasn't too worried but she wants to watch it. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same sort of thing.

I have been taking Ambien 10 mg per evening for years and in take xanax only sparingly. Recently, i've had rotator cuff surgery. I was prescribed hydrocodone 7.5 mg every four hours. I decided to reduce the ambien to 5 mg due to the interaction. I found it virtually impossible to sleep in a recliner as they have suggested (due to the sling).and then began taking 7.5 mg.

I know headache is a common side effect but was wondering what I could take for it? I read that ibuprofen and asprin can cause interactions. Are the interactions for people that take a lot or what? Thanks for the help.

You can take Xanax too and Xanax being a sedative, hypnotic, anti-convulsive, anxiolytic medication will make you even more tired and dizzy since you are already on Seroquel which is very sedative in its anti-psychotic kind of med. You get the extended release which should cause less sedation but still when mixed with a benzodiazepine such as Xanax it will add up and make you feel like you mentioned above.

I also take fiorocet which has tylenol in it but I do not know off hand about the barbituate and how that would react with the ibuprofen at that dosage so check it out if you haven't already or for future reference.

I am also on 20mg of prozac and .5 of xanax and the insomnia is REALLY BAD. What i do know about melatonin is that it is a natural sleep aid. Your brain produces the chemical automatically, so it is safe. BUT if you take melatonin for a long period of time, your body kinda stops producing it so much because it sees you no longer need to because you take it so often...
