caffiene, MSG/free glutamate (like carageenan and others), nitrates/nitrites (processed meats), sulfites/sulfates, chocolate, tomato sauce, cheese,
red wine (yes some people have
red wine during pregnancy), sausages,
and the like. Be sure you are SUPER hydrated, and well-rested. All of that will help. Try a cool washcloth or an ice pack to help you sleep. If the pain continues, ask your doctor about something stronger.
