i have menstrual cramps but no period

Since then i have been experiencing abdominal pain but have not gotten my period but it is due the ends of febuary. just wanted to know if this sounds more like a pregnancy or just menstrual cramps?

I had cramps before on the right side of my pelvic like i was ovulating. i have menstrual like discomfort not cramps but my period still not here and is now about 3 or 4 days late i know is not that late.. could anywhere help me. could i be pregnant ?or is it just my period?

I do not have an uterus,But I am having cervic cramps.It feels like I am going to have a period ,but that is not possible.I still have my ovaries,I had the surgery and had my uterus removed a year ago.but I kept my ovaries.I have also been dealing with indometriosis for years.I hate having sex it is so painful,what can I do?

i have had cramps when i was ovulating, but they just felt like my menstrual cramps. ALSO i would like to add that i have been losing weight dramaticly, lke every 2 lbs a week (metabolism is back in action). anyone have any clue, maybe i am pregnant just undetected? highly doubtfull but we have been trying. i will take any advice. i have no seen an OB GYN yet.

For the past 2 days I have been having light menstrual cramps and I have had to wear panty liners because have had a clear discharge constantly. This hasn't happened during my whole pregnancy. Could I be dilating more? Could it be a sign that im going into labor soon? I just don't know what my body is trying to tell me.

i am trying again to get pregnant but i have missed my period it has been 2 weeks i am i my third now i did a pregnancy test in the 1st week and it was negative so i waited the second week and tried again it was negative i dont know what to do im extremely worried. i have had stomach cramps and also i have been vomiting. please could you help.

Today, April 6, for about a week now I have been having menstrual cramps like I normally used every month. But, I haven't gotten my period. My last period was March 2. Before that, I had not had my period for about three months. Also two weeks after my last period (March 19ish?) I also had terrible cramps but no period. My mom also had cramps that day, but she did actually get her period. My period has been EXTREMELY irregular lately.

Since I have been off the pill they have been normal the past couple of months. I thought that now I was finally on a good schedule. When I get my period, I usually have cramps and such and I KNOW when I am getting my period. Well I had that feeling 3 days ago, and still nothing has come. I have never felt like I was getting my period and it never came. Even though my boyfriend did not come inside of me, other than possibly pre-come, do you think it is possible I could be pregnant?

Since coming off of the pill I didnt have a period for a few months and then from September to February I was having a period every month. Since February I have had no period. I took a pregnancy test yesterday (20/05/13) but it was negative but it had only been 14 days since intercourse and I think this may still be too early. I was just wondering what you all think the cramps and discharge might be and if any of you have had the same thing happen to them?

I have had cramps for the past two days, but my period has not shown up. Some of the cramps are really sharp and more in my groin area than my stomach. Today is the 30th day of my cycle, and I don't usually track it (never had a reason to) but it always comes around the same time each month, usually a couple days earlier each month. I got my last period on July 20th. I have never missed a period since I got my first one when I was 10 years old. This doesn't usually happen either.

I've had my period for about 5 years now. I started at 10. I went on birth control for a year then we needed to go in to get the prescription renewed so we just decided to wait awhile. (that was a few months ago). I usually start at the end of the month and carry over to the first few days. This month I had the symptoms as per usual. Nipples hurting, pimples, pms and bloating. I had also taken a laxative a few days ago since I was so clogged up I had to get something out.

The same thing happened to me.. i have cramps all day long, but i had a period almost two months ago and havent had one since lol.

it started in my right ovary pelvic area as a little pain that has been on and off this pain goes to my knee and my back my thigh and my leg falls asleep! i get menstrual cramps but no flow! this wierd pain went to my left side too it feels the same. i am a little constipated too! i dont know whats going on but the pain is very wierd my lower back hurts into my pelvic thigh area! it feels sore! i dont know whats going on?

and now my period is a no show but im having some cramps. i would say im having symptoms of pregnancy but i get like that when my menstrual is coming so i wouldnt be abel to telll the difference between the two. im waiting to take a HPT. any advice comments or suggestions will be great thanks....

I had to wear a pantyliner this morning or I would have stained my undies and now I barely have any blood even when I wipe so things are looking up it seems. I hope anyway.

I recently stopped taking them overall because I noticed I was experiencing many side affects. But now its been almost two weeks since I been off the pill and my period hasnt started. My boobs hurt, mainly my nipples. Should I be concerned or is that normal for you to experience after stopping the pill?

I am 18 years old and had on and off cramping for the entire duration of my period & afterwards. I am sexually active in a monogamous relationship with no STDs & I started having some spotting three days before my scheduled period. I thought maybe it could be implantation bleeding but when my period was due I started having heavy bleeding that seem like my regular menstrual cycle and it lasted the normal amount of days (5).

i have regular periods but every time i have my period, i terribly feel so bad, e.g. literally heavy flows, stomach upset and super aching abdomen and hips that sometimes i could not even stand straight / still. please do help and suggest what i can do to lessen this painful period. i already tried pain killers, hot compress and ointment but nothing happens except for an hour of relief then after that, the pain is worse again.
