I sleep with a giant body pillow already and I am just 18 weeks. It really helps me sleep through the night. To feel really good I need around 8 hours of sleep !

The earliee you start the easier it will be later on. I have a giant pregnancy pillow that wraps around my body and i can use it to prop my stomach and many other ways along with another under my tummy and another under my head and neck abd one to prop my feet. Lol i sleep great aside from indigestion and bathroom trips.

Okay basically, i'm 15 and i can't sleep alone. Most of the time i sleep in my sisters bedroom, but she is beginning to get annoyed with me doing it all the time! Hi, I'm a 16 year old female who wakes up with bruising on my knees and on my elbows very often. I don't sleep vertically, but instead in a crouched position - like a ball. Then there are nights like tonight where I dose for a few seconds even though I’m exhausted. I wake panicked heart pounding. Then I start pacing I want to go outside. I am so worried i tend to be sleeping on my back alot more lately do to my hips hurting so bad. Does anyone know what i can do to stop sleeping on my back im 26 weeks today im worried thats whats causing my little one to move less. My doctor says everythings fine with baby but shes been moving less and i am worried.

I've used a giant fluffy blanket. I find that it's a lot more moldable for me than a pillow.

Hello Dr. Can you have papilloedema with Giant Cell Arteritis?Does G.C.A. cause it? I recently was seen by an Ophthalmologist who said I had swollen optic discs and nerves. I have been receiving treatment for G.C.A. since Nov07. There is a question about Benign Intercranial Hypertention but surely you could not have the two illness?

going on three days I've had horrible head pain. It's different from my daily headache that I also am having. But this is like there is so much in my head there is no more room. Every time I get up from laying down I feel like I'm going to throw up. I also am not sleeping which is adding to it. I've tried sitting in a bath, ice,heat, and have resorted to meds. But unfortunatly have no relief. Any sugestions on what to do?

Hi, I need help I have a big fear of tornados I have terrible panic attacks and even though I Live in Australia where tornados happen once every like 200 years I still have a giant fear. Do you have any tips that could help me? I a Have done loads of research on concouring fears but none work. I have Giant Cell Arteritis. My head and eyes hurt everyday even when I take Prednisone. I was told if I don't take Prednisone I could go blind. I feel alone and frightened. I am use to chronic pain and illness but this illness really scares me. My head and eyes are so sore I cry. I rarely took medication because I don't tolerate it well but now I find myself with ten perscriptions to ward off the side effects of Prednisone and the pain.

I have never had giant platelets but I have faced a lot of scary things. I won't tell you not to be scared. I am thinking of uyou and sending ahug.

I had a really big baby and am now pregnant with my second. I had him vaginally but it was rough so I was worried that I might have another big one, even tho I can already tell by the size of my stomach that she's not going to be. At 31 weeks they are saying she's 3 lbs 8 oz so I looked in my pregnancy journal that I kept with my son and at 31 week sono he was already 4 lbs 11 oz! In February of 2013, during an attempt at a thoracic/lumbar myelogram/ct scan, it was discovered that I had a 12 cm, by 5 cm, by 2 cm calcified pseudomemingocele the entire length of the lumbar spine. It is palpable, painful to the touch, and may be leaking into the right side gluteal muscle. Back in 2009 I sustained the second of two fusion surgeries, an Alif/Plif from L1 to S1 with osteotomy at L4/5 which was the likely cause of the lesion.

I would consider going to someone else, but clearly my frustration is that I can't find someone who knows how to treat this even if it is found in a timely manner. never mind 3 years later, The radiologists had never seen this before and wrote detailed reports to be given to the NS. Frankly, they really had me quite concerned. Then the first NS said it's a biproduct of surgery using BMP. Not at all helpful.

SOMEONE HELP!! My labia I so swollen and it feels kinda hard. I don't really know what to do!!! I tried icing it, massaging it. Oh, and when I massage it whatever in inside it moves around too!!!!
