t wanna sound rude by telling her that but my hair and makeup are not my priorities. Did any of you ladies not do anything in preparation for pictures and regret it?
I definitely know that feeling, had to deal with that type of attitude from my husband past almost 8 years.. Don't get Me wrong he did alright at first but he would let money and material things go to the brain..Played video games ,obsessed with movies electronics,didnt want to help me with bdays christmas etc ,was distant during those times and other times too.. It cost him a few times almost our marriage..

Once we realize life does have a beginning and end (for years most of us ignore that part), we tend to change our priorities and focus more on relationships and making memories and less on buying the new couch or getting upset over someone in traffic.
I had 2 surgeries 2 years ago, and the last was a horizontal cut hysterectomy. My muscles in my stomach are still not mended, and my colon was scarred during one surgery. So, I cannot enjoy my usual presurgery workouts. I was in the military for 11 years, so having this new pouch in my stomach is new for me. I'm already a vegetarian, don't eat sugar often, but I cannot get the weight off. As a matter of fact, it goes up and down all of the time. Has anyone else been in this situation?
After recommended to a Gyn specialist, after the appointment, I was suddenly scheduled for a complete hysterectomy a couple weeks ago. No biopsy was performed on my ovaries. Biospy of the uterus proved benign. I'm 48 and though I know menopause draws near, I'm not sure if this is the right decision as heart disease and bone demineralization (osteoporosis) runs in my family. Keeping the ovaries is risky, but having another 4 or 5 years of natural hormone production could be a plus.
ll want to get stuff for yourself also, like nursing pads for the inside of your bras (leaking happens I've heard, lol) pads for after giving birth (bleeding after birth, they don't want you using tampons), pacifiers for baby, medical type supplies (thermometer, nasal asperator (to clear out their nose), baby q-tips, etc.), baby bag, diaper wipes. Honestly there's so much to think of.
Text book symptoms for ovarian cyst, ovarian cancer, and endometriosis. I did an ultrasound and my GYN suggested a hysterectomy beings my tubes were tied and my cycle was so debilitating. She also suggested a CA-125 which was 495 and cancelled my surgery and referred me to a GYN-ONC. Now I am waiting.... She suggests that it is an ovarian hemorrhagic cyst, endometrioma, or endometriosis that is causing this issue.
If you and your gf are having problems with lube because of her hysterectomy (I had a hysterectomy too, and have that problem), just get some lube. It will help it feel better for you both.
And it can be fun to play with. ;)

I had a pap done a cpl months ago and got the call that my pap was abnormal with ASCUS high grade with NEGATIVE HPV. I am new to all of this never before have I had an abnormal pap, and I never heard of HPV so it freaked me out. The second doctor agreed with his partner and could not believe how young my daughter is to have such a severe case of the combination prolapse. Second doctor does not want to do a hysterectomy due to her age. The mesh, he said was also permenant and she will not be able to have kids. Would help to know your age, because 40's+ could be peri-menopause, but leaky breasts I'm assuming is milk, so that's a different hormonal concern if you had a baby/nursing. Mainstream Dr's don't like to do HRT anymore, so may need a private Dr to address hormone discomfort. One of my breasts has always given drops of milk when squeezed which is highly unusual but not a problem in itself. If you're spontaneously leaking w/o a pregnancy, see an obgyn Dr.
So I used to be the party girl. Out every weekend n sometimes during the week. Now I'll go out every now n then with my friends to play pool or whatever but I'm so tired lately. I'm almost 30 weeks n they don't seem to understand that I'm tired! I don't always wanna go out n stand around n whatever. Then they get mad at me when I say I don't wanna go. Idk what to do to make them understand....
I got pregnant my last year of nursing school, it was tough going to clinicals and class nauseated. I made it through. Didn't take a day off. With that being said my husband was awesome. I also had a good group of class mates who supported me. Don't be discouraged, it can be done. You have to weigh the good vs bad, and do what's best for you. It was my 4th child so I knew what to expect.
Hi!! I had a total hysterectomy Halloween last year. This year during my mammogram with breast pain I had discharge from both breast. More from the right than the left. They did another mammo followed by an ultrasound. During the ultrasound the tech was telling me I had discharge due to hormones I said I didn't think I had any. She stated its due to my ovaries. I told her I didn't have ovaries any more. Am I crazy here.
