I'm 36+1 today and lately I've developed a symptom where if I'm sitting down for very long, even if I move around or cross/uncross my legs and all that, my entire crotch/groin/backside goes to sleep.

Before seeing a foot doctor try this, my husband swears by it and he had similar symptoms as you. Make up a warm foot bath. You will do two a night for a week to see if you have any relief. In the first bath, pour in one part Listerine and 3 parts warm water. Soak for 15- 20 mins. Rough dry your feet. Empty bath and refill with 3 parts as warm as you can take it water, and one part white vinegar. Soak for 30 mins. Dry in a message manner. Do not out lotion on feet.
