How to take cytomel and clenbuterol

Common Questions and Answers about How to take cytomel and clenbuterol

cytomel

Avatar m tn Can clenbuterol be taken at the same time as cytomel (t3), or does it have to rotated. Each drug rotated on a two week on, two week off cycle?
Avatar m tn I love photography so when I can tell Im getting anxious, sometimes i have to force myself, but I go out and take pictures and focus on that...and sometimes I even send them to the local newspaper. Do you play and instruments? Or just any hobby that will occupy your mind and break the anxiety cycles. Happy holidays!
Avatar n tn Are you on cytomel ONLY? What are your thyroid levels - FT4, FT3 and TSH? Do you have Hashimoto's? 50 mcg cytomel seems like a lot - and I would most likely split it into at least 2 doses, but that would depend on your labs. I wonder why she didn't give you any T4 med. cytomel is a T3 only med which is about 4 times more potent than T4 and is taken into the system quickly and is gone quickly, whereas the T4 med builds gradually.
Avatar m tn And just to reiterate, both T3 and clenbuterol WILL NOT affect my immune system to where oral antibody tests cannot detect HIV antibodies given the appropriate window period allotted time, right?
Avatar m tn Would taking 60mcg T3 and clenbuterol daily for weight loss affect the HIV testing window? I recently did an oral oraquick test today which would put me at the 6wk and 8wk period after two sexual encounters. I started taking the T3 about 3 days ago and will likely take it for the next two months, not sure when I will start the clenbuterol though.
1355431 tn?1369975306 Hello all I need some advice on how to take my cytomel to get the best results. Let me start off my saying Im 31 and had a total thyrodectomy 2 years ago due to graves disease. Anyhoo since the surgery I have when hypo and have been feeling very sluggish and tired. I was on synthroid only up untill aug 2012. Now my doc has added 10mg cytomel also. I am suppose to take it twice a day. My question is whats the best way to take the cytomel?
Avatar n tn There is no need to take your T4 and T3 meds separately. As for the Cytomel, T3 acts so fast that it is better to split it into two doses, one in the morning and one in the early afternoon.
1369218 tn?1282423884 How long have you been on the cytomel? If you are sensitive to T3, then you are going to have same with armour. In fact the ratio of T3 is higher than the T4. Also, are you breaking up your 10mcg daily into 5 in morning and 5 in afternoon?
1139187 tn?1355706647 Yes, your body is taking you on a wild ride, so being as calm as you can possibly manage to be is of great benefit to you. Stress is not your friend and will tweek your levels. If you decide to take a small dose....like .25....of Xanax or Valium....I suggest taking it every day for a while, perhaps at bedtime and always at the SAME time. Use it to get your body out of an over-reactive neural loop. Routine IS your friend. Kudos on the exercise regime.
640719 tn?1277140030 He lowered my synthroid a tad, and I split that cytomel into 1/4s. I now take the lower dose of synthroid and just 1/4 of a cytomel and I feel good. Constipated again but good none the less! Just be careful what you wish for!
Avatar f tn Just got new script for Synthroid combined with Cytomel and my Endo wants me to take the Synthroid and half the dose of the Cytomel in the morning and the rest of the Cytomel in the evening. My question is if there is anyone who has a similar script, do you take the evening dose before bed or before dinner? Thanks.
Avatar f tn ok just started taking cytomel w/ my sythroid and the doc gives me a script for vyanase which is basically speed. I am scared to take it b/c cytomel is also a stimulate. will this freak me out or what? i haven't taken the speed yet b/c i am so scared i will die of a heartattack!! anyone else on this? thanks for your help.
Avatar f tn It's okay to take T4 meds before the draw (but be consistent and either always take them or never...don't mix it up), but not T3 meds. Any time of day is fine, but once again, be consistent as there's a fair diurnal fluctuation in all labs. Because you can't take T3 before the draw, most people on T3 have the draw first thing in the morning and take their T3 right after.
Avatar n tn Hi Stella I just left a message with my doctor and he called me back telling me to take more T4 (levoxyl) and no cytomel and less armour. I am so confused! I feel like this is going to make me feel much worse! I don't know what to do!
1369218 tn?1282423884 I am on 137 Synthroid and 5 of Cytomel twice a day. I take first Cytomel at 10 and second at 3. I was recently tested on the adrenals by salivia and they are: 7 am 7.9 (8-15) 11am 4.3 (3-7) 2pm 3.3 (2-4) 8pm 2.0 (<1.5) What does this mean for my adrenals? I tried cortef and it made me so exhausted that I stopped taking it. I also craved salt really bad on cortef. I am also extremely low in progesterone. I have a supplement for that and will start days 21-28 of my cycle.
Avatar m tn I have been on a Synthroid/Cytomel combo for 10+ years, and it has worked great for me. The only possible side effect was that my resting heart rate was running 90-105 for the last few years. Over the last year, I've been slowly building up with new hyper symptoms and annual lab tests confirmed that my T3 level was too high. Most frustrating symptoms are heat intolerance, insomnia, and lifestyle-altering anxiety.
Avatar f tn I took all 5 mcg in the morning with my Synthroid and within 5 days I was a mess. Heart pounding like crazy and shaky. Called the doc and he told me to take 1/2 of the Cytomel to see if it made a difference. I decided to take 1/4. Did that for a week and felt fine. Started 1/2 and two days later I'm a mess again. Not sure what I'm gonna do now. Hopefully you will have better luck than I have.
Avatar f tn I just picked up a 25mcg prescription of Cytomel. I already take 100mcg Synthroid in the morning. What's the best time of day to take the Cytomel? My dr. said in the evening, but I heard it causes insomnia if taken that late. Also, should I take the whole dose at once or split it in half?
Avatar n tn Hi ....Is there anyone on cytomel for hypothyroidism? How long does it take to work? I have put on about 10 pounds slowly even though I have been exercising atleast 3 times a week for 5 out of last 6 months. Then finally about a month ago I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. At least now I know the reason for weight gain. I just started on 25 mcg of cytomel. I can't wait for it to start working. Just this week I started burning at least 500 calories a day by exercising ....
1070570 tn?1283436213 I was up to 125 mcg synthroid, then dropped back to 75 synthroid, then switched to 75 generic levo and added 10 mcg cytomel. That was too much cytomel, so dropped back to 5 mcg cytomel and switched to generic; then up to 88 mcg levo, staying with 5 mcg generic cytomel. Am currently on 100 mcg Tirosint and 5 mcg generic cytomel. I take the Tirosint first thing in the morning, per instructions (my day starts 3:30 am). I take my T3 med about 7-7:30 am.
Avatar m tn My current Armour dose is 90mcg on day and 120mcg the next, a pattern. My newest Endo wants me to switch to 125 of Tirosint and 25 of cytomel. I am scared to switch. Shouldn't she have put me on a higher dose of Tirosent - looks like the conversion chart would equal 150 of Tirosint, or did she knock it down because she is adding 25 of cytomel? Has anyone lost weight on Tirosint and cytomel? Feel less tired.
Avatar f tn Since my FT3 was low-normal, my dr. put me on 25mcg of Cytomel in addition to the 100mcg Synthroid I was already taking. After two weeks I had bad hyper symptoms, so he told me only take half the pill (12mcg). I did that for about a week and still had bad hyper symptoms so yesterday I started only taking a quarter of the pill in the afternoon (about 6.25mcg). Most of the hyper symptoms are gone but now I'm back to being tired.
