m Cuban I speak Spanish and English he loves the fact I know both and wants the baby to learn Spanish he has started to learn Spanish so the baby first language can be Spanish. It doesn't surprise me that you are having these pains as the entire area is close to each other. That being said, I would definitely call your Doctor and let them know what you are experiencing and ask them if this is what you should be expecting.
