Avatar m tn Hello, Thank you for your post and welcome to the VIH forum in Spanish. I will reply to you first of all in English, and then I will translate the answer into Spanish for the benefit of the Spanish speaking community. First of all, I have to say that you dod not put yourself at any significant risk of HIV infection and from that point of view, you would not even need testing. Therefore I can assure you that you are negative.
624074 tn?1263873807 Chiari is complicated enough to understand, but I wanted to know if anyone knew where I could find information explaning what Chiari Malformation, in particular CM 1 in Spanish is. We are visiting my in-laws this week-end and instead of losing everything in translation, I was hoping to find a pamphlet online or something that was already in Spanish. Anyone have any ideas on where I may be able to find something? Thanks so much!
287246 tn?1318570063 I am just sitting here laughing while I am writing this response!!! Can you come to my house in a couple of days please??? LOL!!! They say there is safety in numbers and I am very outnumbered!!! LOL!!! Joy, I couldn't agree with you more. That is my point exactly. They wouldn't change for me if I was in their country and I wouldn't expect them too, I just ask for some common courtesy and respect; at least in my home. I love you ladies. You are both very important to me.

7953414 tn?1400159930 You know how there's this reggeton group wisin y yandel? I forget, but one day my husband read their name, he had no clue who they were and I had to ask him to repeat it twice and then I started laughing when I realized he was talking about wisin y yandel... it really doesn't sound good in English and I've never heard of anyone besides the singer with that name. I'd vote no to that.

647397 tn?1307056615 thank you for writing your experience I really do not know the good words to say to you, although I will repeat what a wise friend in the forum posted for me a while ago, she said to me that she even though she did not have to go under hysterectomy, she is no longer able to have children of her own, she said to me that she thinks there is a reason for the things to happen and someway some children who are left without attention, or that need a mother figure have found in her their shelter and a
Avatar f tn Do what I did. Read the list of 100 most popular baby names. And reject all of them. Reject anything spelt badly or ends in z. Most names beginning with k.
661941 tn?1297447355 ) One of my biggest fears has always been going through menopause, and with a complete hysterectomy likely in my near future, it has been tremendously helpful to me to see ladies who have gone, or are going, through these types of things who are so supportive and encouraging. I just wanted to thank you all for being here! God bless...

7450908 tn?1390996321 About 2 years ago, I started to have problems with my liver because I was drinking to much. I quit drinking & lost a bunch of weight (over 50 lbs). My problem now is two fold. I can't seem to gain any weight & I have a big difference in the size of one breast over the other. In other words one breast is a lot larger than the other. I've seen several doctors & a bunch of tests, but not one has able to tell me what's wrong with me.
Avatar f tn Hello, everyone-- I wanted to say thank you to each and every one of you for posting your questions, answers, and stories here. They have been a huge help and comfort to me in my current journey. Briefly, my story so far: I'm 47 and pre-menopausal. My PCP (a FNP) as part of a yearly checkup ran a CA-125 test (and I now know how unreliable this can be in my situation) which came back very slightly elevated at 36 (my lab uses 30 as normal cut-off.
3149845 tn?1506627771 to a friend when they are talking like she has to do when speaking in English to me. They speak Spanish to one another because it is easier for them. Unless life thinks they don't like him for some reason, I'd not assume they are trying to make him uncomfortable but instead are trying to be more comfy themselves.
7649706 tn?1396014742 I was thinking the same thing with my baby.

Avatar n tn Bless you heart, I know how you are feeling as I went through a complete hysterectomy in 1991. No matter what the circumstances it is not an easy surgery. It doesn't surprise me that you are having these pains as the entire area is close to each other. That being said, I would definitely call your Doctor and let them know what you are experiencing and ask them if this is what you should be expecting.
Avatar f tn I'm 24 years old and I'm scheduled to have a complete hysterectomy next month on the 24th. Can anyone tell me what to expect after surgery, please?
