Dont forced urself
to sleep,if u can sleep then fine,if cant then its fine too,at least u had a few hours of sleep.This works very well for me when i was having high anxiety during night time,dont try to stop pushing all those toughts away,by doing so your fighting against ur own feelings,and its a battle u wont win instead let the toughts came and see them for wat they reallly are..they are just toughts and feelings..
