hi,my name is josh and my big question is that i have Sinusitis Infection and i really want it to go away,mainly my dizziness..this is frustrating to have..I cant concentrate in school or at home,becouse of the pressure and dizzines..Years back my dad had really bad sinus infection and it took about took weeks for him to feel better.He had to go through catscans and all that stuff and they gave him some pills for it to go away..what kind of medice do u recommend to use or anything please..
it could be allergies or maybe mono? if you have not had this before it can present as sore throat that is ongoing but is also generally along with fever, and tiredness and you had fever, a mono spot test if you have it would show up positive 2 weeks after symptoms first apparantly.
How do y'all deal with cat allergies?!?!? I've just recently become super allergic to my best friends cat's and I wanna be able to go see her without her cats killing me!!! (or me wanting to kill myself for that matter!) It's really bad, and my eyes, ears, throat, nose and basically whole body have really become anti-cats lately :( What should I do?!?!?! Options to treat allergies are to continue to treat symptoms with medications (okay if symptoms only occur occasionally and your cat only needs 1-2 steroid injections per year), or to identify and treat the underlying cause.
I feel like the house is contaminated. Dander is so hard to get rid of. My suggestion is for him to go away for a couple of weeks, maybe out west for some clean dry desert air but he refuses. Literally the only thing they haven’t tried is getting away from the cat for a while.
I guess my main question is, can extreme allergies cause the swollen gland and subsequent nerve pain?

The cheapest and most effective thing would be to give the cat away, but that is hard to do. I would recommend Zyrtec as a antihistamine (allergy stop tablet), sinus rinse bottler (available in pharmacies).

Now he has licked the skin bare and the sores are getting really red. He had these about a month ago and he ate/drank fine. Then they seemed to go away for a bit but now came back worse. I noticed he hasn't been eating much this week and barely moving around, just laying around licking. I try to stop him from licking and tried to bandage it up a bit but since it's hind leg and belly it's hard to bandage.
itching ears(if there are NO mites) are caused by allergies...and allergies are caused mainly by grains in the food, change to a GRAIN FREE CANNED food. NO dry food and these symptoms would most likely go away..

ps.I DO NOT agree with the so called natural remedies mentioned, these can be ingested when a cat licks themselves and many products like these are dangerous...
Allergies aren't hereditary but they can come and go. Some people outgrow allergies and others get them when they are older. My little brother had a lot of allergies when he was a kid (including pet dander) and outgrew them, while I didn't have them as a child but became more prone to them as an adult.
hi, my mother has had a cough that just wont go away she went to the doctor and he said it was allergies but the medicine has done anything and her cough seems to go aways when she turns off the A/C in her house but when she goes anywhere else where there is A/C her cough starts up again. her eyes get blood shot and she get dry throat and can get that cough to go away she's been like this for a good 6 months now. she also tells me she get a sharp pain in the heel of her foot.
My 9 year old son has had a dry cough for 2 weeks with no other symptoms. He has not been sick or been around anyone sick. We have 2 cats that we have had for 3 years with no problems but I'm hoping he has not developed allergies to them. He went to his grandparents over the weekend and they don't have any cats but the cough DID NOT get better. He also coughs just as much at school where there is no animals.
