^ she's right. I'm sorry for your loss. But it is a good idea to wait a month because the entire lining of the uterus goes after a miscarriage. Having a period gives the uterus lining a chance to thicken, then you'll be less likely to have another miscarriage. (Not that I listened to that. Yes, if you had a D&C, it can cause you to have difficulty getting pregnant. The scraping of the lining of the uterus can cause future infertility. Natural miscarriages don't cause that secondary infertility because there is no scraping of the uterus. Well, a 'bulky uterus' with that being the only thing found isn't usually a reason for miscarriage. If they found other things that 'made it bulky' that should be noted on the report like fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, etc. Those things may interfere, but just a bulky uterus is vague and likely not to pose a problem if that is all they say is going on.
