how to get rid of back acne marks

a large dark, black mark appeared. I was wondering if there was any way to get rid of it, as I still have it. It seems to be combined with my skin and I tried AcneFree & other acne medicine, but it still has not disappeared. Attached is a photo of what it looks like. Please advise me on what to do.

But the same happen again and I dont know what to do anymore. I try to rub my back everyday to get rid of the sunken acne. I can't wear any open shirts for that. I went to this dermatology office. My mom wanted me to get my pimples popped. I really didn't agree because it hurts. I suffer very bad from razor bumps and ingrowns hairs. Because of this I have not shaved for almost 6 months now but I still get ingrown hairs down there and they are so irritating and they hurt.
