Okay, since 1992 I have had lots of throat infections in 1995 I had my tonsils and adanoids removed to help however it never did. And still had aleast 7 throat infections and laryngitis a year but since January this year I have had 20suvere throat infections all with laryngitis.
When I turn my head to look at something, my vision shifts from left to right very quickly before I can look at the subject steadily. But after I feel very disoriented and dizzy, this happens quite often, more so that not. Sometimes its fine. Am taking Betahistine Dihydrochloride Tablets, but don't seem to be doing much.
I need your help to understand my laryngitis problem and to get it cured. I have been suffering from laryngitis for over 3 months and taking medication for the last 2 months. When I consulted a doctor a couple of weeks ago, he did a stroboscopy and said that it could be due to acid reflux; he prescribed "Pantadoc". I took that for a couple of weeks and did not obsserve any difference.
And I am getting these withdrawal symptoms, lots of nauseau, the feeling of wanting to throw up,,, fatigue, tired, not being able to sleep, restless, no energy, no focus, anxiety, depression, crying spells, sad, shaking at times, coughing, sore throat, laryngitis.. How long will this last? I an tired of feeling this way.
This sounds like possible acid reflux issues. I lost my voice last year and it was reflux. Talk to your doctors about trying reflux medicine to see if it helps. Asthma can cause a very temporary loss of voice with an attack but not a prolonged case of laryngitis.

The best thing you can do is ask your neurologist for a schedule of how to stop this medication. The next best thing you can do is to ask the pharmacist at the pharmacy where you filled your prescription.
You are right that stopping the Inderal quickly could be very dangerous. But, you will not have withdrawal symptoms due to Inderal. Inderal is a Beta Blocker. It is a blood pressure medication.

Has anyone had a job that they talk all day, and due to the GERD had severe throat pain and/or Laryngitis? How long did it last? Did you eventually have to quit your job so that you didn't have to talk as much? I suffered through the first week, but paid dearly for it. Didn't talk for 4 days to rest my throat. Went back to work for one day, now I'm back to calling in sick. Not sure if I'll make it as a teacher. Any personal experiences would help.
Thank you. I will try to get actual test results from daughter. The uni GP changed her dose today back to 75mcgm per day so I assume she must have been over treated. I assume that even if this is successful in stabilising her, it will be a while before effects are felt... she may have to cope with hyper symptoms during her exams,.
About 7 days ago I started developing a cough which progressed rather quickly overnight into a very severe dry cough with a burning throat. Lost my voice by the third day. Saw my doctor and the consensus was that it was a viral laryngitis type of sickness. Though at the time (3rd day) did not have any visible issues in throat.
Then developed into a more congested mucousal cough. Headaches and fatigue throughout the majority of sickness.
