Wow! They sent you home at a 5?! I was sent home once at a 4 and was ticked! Its good that baby's cooperating. Just have to get those contractions to intensify to the front. Is there anything that used to throw you into braxton hicks? Maybe encouraging some of those frontal contractions will help.

How often can you get braxton hicks contractions?

Im not sure how to tell if im having contractions. I have been having cramps and back pains for about 2 hrs. The pain is getting worse. i also keep getting cramps in my lower stomach and pelvis. Are these contractions.. how can i tell if i am having contractions??

However my last baby I just made it to the hospital after my water broke(no regular contractions either before) about a 7 min drive and walk from parking lot to the L&D floor, to being rushed in a room when I got to the floor with out checking in to being stripped and told to push. My labours are fast though, can't tell you why they are but we are concerned about making it in time this time. Didn't mean to worry you.

I'm 36w3d and have been constipated this entire pregnancy until the last three days. Not full on diarrhea, but a complete change. I've been exhausted also and today having cramps. Why would I call a doctor I am not having regular contractions, my water has not broke and this is my 2nd pregnancy? I was asking for advice on how to safely get these contractions going a bit more not for someone to suggest I should panic for no reason I'm experiencing what a lot of women do towards the end of their pregnancy I am not going to panic like something is wrong when I am experiencing nothing out of the ordinary......

t making any progress dr said baby is still to high so if I can get the baby to come lower they will keep me, and it will cause further dialaion. I had a dr appt yesterday and I was only dilated to 1 and last weekend I went to Ob absolutely certain it was the real deal and it wasn't so I'm jut afraid of being let down again. The hospital is literally 5 mins from my house and my next door neighbor is an ob nurse and home right now so I feel like I do have a little time to wait it out. I'm just so nervous. I found out that I am anemic and was dehydrated I need fluids to get my contractions to stop coming so frequently. The babies heart rate was at 190 when I went in, it went to normal. My water wasnt ruptured. My lil one has some more cooking to do.

I would tell her that you're in labor just not "active" labor because you're contractions are to far apart and you're not coming in! There's no way I'd be going to work with contractions!

Ive been contracting since about 6pm they started out kindaslow irregular and painless. Now since 830 they started to become more regular and uncomfortable. Now since 1017 ive been timing them and they are about 3 min apart my belly get gets rock hard a little pressure but i wouldnt say painful.. Does this soubd like real or false labor?

Walking and sex..

I'm due the 12th, I'm scheduled for a c-section on October 10th. I haven't dilated, my cervix haven't thin. I'm a ftm, i started experiencing pelvic pain yesterday i have a Ob App Thursday,hopefully she'll due my c section on the 6 th.

I'm 28+2. For the last hour now I've been having contractions. They are not regular. Sometimes 2 min apart, sometimes 10. My daughter is still moving. They are not to the point I'm screaming but they are rather uncomfortable. My water hasn't broke or anything. I have tried laying down, drinking water. Nothing is working. Should I go in? I have 2 little ones already and hubby is at work so I'd hate to have him leave and take me in only for it to 've braxton hicks.

d for stomach tightening and found out i was having contractions 2-4minutes apart. Sent me home and told me when they get stronger to come back. It just stopped now i get it on a daily basis but its never painful. So im just waiting for them to be painful or my water breaks lol and my dr thought i might have him early but hes hanging in there.

How regular are they? Maybe call your dr and let them know. If theyre very regular and painful youll most likely need to go into the hospital to check youre not in established labour.

Ive been having the bratxon hick (sp) for months but lately they been getting more regular, I went to the hospital due to a very bad tummy flu and at they same time they check my cervix it didnt change so last week on my doctor appt he didnt check he assumed it still didnt move even though i told him im having more pain and what not i wake up every hour to change position but it really dont change much im really bad with time and i cant be certain how far apart they are they feel like one after

ll just send you home, wait until contractions actually start and get regular, depending on where your going they usually dont like to see you until they're regular, around 5 min apart and lasting for around 1 min :)

I am now getting weekly ultrasound and nst to keep an eye on baby. I am going to start to get more aggressive with self induction I will up my epo to the max, bounce clean and walk all day, I am having sex everyday and will increase it to three times daily, my daughter is still nursing and I will start to pump between feedings and a last resort I will take castor oil. I hope your Dr will agree to induce you. I was induced early with three of my children and one as early as 37 weeks.
