Instead I find myself hoping that one day, I may be able to manage to get my smoking down to only two packs a day or so, so that I will not find myself absolutely obsessed with needing to smoke another cigarette while at work. But for now, I havent found that strength, and instead I find that I keep giving in to my delightful addiction, and find myself needing to open that third pack of cigarettes every day, and feeling guilty that I might have been born in the wrong time.

So I'm 32 weeks. Moving house in about 2 weeks so to be safe I'm planning to pack my hospital bag. What did you pack to yours? Is there anything you didn't pack and need it? Was there anything that you pack and didn't need it? How many baby clothes should I take ?

went from a pack a day to one a day...not even smoking a whole one...morning sickness kicking my butt...cigs making nauseous!

ll have to wash/dry everything from bedding to clothing to linens on hot and pack in plastic bags. So far,,,a week after 3rd treatment only experiencing itching and bumps due to skin reacting to dead remains and traces,,,and worse still at night.

Some relaxing music is always helpful, and a picture of a loved one or a special trip to focus on during contractions, something to hold onto like a small rubber ball so you don't break your coaches hand!

Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

OR, if you think you will be able to afford another 3-pack in the next two to four weeks, just hang on to that single dose you have and you'll have to FULL doses when you buy the three-pack. As long as your cats don't get bathed frequently the extra two weeks (past the six week guaranteed efficacy period) shouldn't be a problem, they should still have some protection.

I have a six pack and you can see the beating at the two pack.I thought it was caused due to gyming but I havent gymed for the past three months and its still the same.At night when I go to bed I cannot sleep on my tummy cause its very difficult to breath.I also have to breath in and out fast and if I breath slow it feels like im getting suffocated.Please help me with my problem.

My husband likes to crow that he only smokes a pack a week, but take that pack and tell him he cannot have any and watche the addiction at work! There are always two sides of an addiction and that is the physical and then the mental side. The mental one is the problem because its that one that determines your success at quitting. If you continue to smoke, in time and with certain circumstances you will be smoking more.

Just run down to the store and get a six pack or 12 pack. One of my drs. told me that it is possible to have an addiction gene. Wouldn't it be great if we could just have that gene removed? Pack n plays to me are more for napping. My son hates to sleep all night in one, in fact he wont. He will nap good in it but not sleep fully through the night. I would get a crib.

Suggest he do some reading,researching or speak to a trainer (you could offer to pay for him to go to one session with a trainer to get a routine worked out that is safe and effective) - - - and then butt out. Kids do all sorts of weird things - he won't hurt himself as long as he is healthy. You can lead a horse to water....

My mother's like that about the 70deg in summer. Used to make fun of her about that, wanting a sweater if it was under 75. LOL Now I am there myself! HA She never pushed it enough to find out why she was like that, just lived with it her entire life. Well, he agrees it's doubtful there's a food or medication allergy involved. Just thinks it's a case of contact dermatitis...one that no one can determine what touched the skin though.

Ok me and the bf went to get food late last night say midnight have my cravings ya know but we pass this couple walking with a stroller and a 30 pack of beer inside it and a 4 year old off to the side near the street and no one even hold her hand I felt so bad for her I just started to cry in the car bc I felt that they didnt care for her she was so close to the street she could have gotten hit.
