I want to get rid if that layer of fat I have covering my abs at the moment, so that I could show off my body at the beach. Do you have any suggestions about the exercises that I could do or shouldn't do? Does eating matter a lot in this case? How long will it take to get a flat stomach?
You get a flat stomach by dieting, any exercise will help build some muscle there but most people have a six pack underneath the fat already, and everyone has a "flat stomach underneath the fat.. This is why and on skinny guys don't count :P
Also, a lot of people's pooch or whatever you call it has a lot to do with inflammation of the digestive track.
If you have a recliner you can sleep in that. They just don't recommend flat on your back because the weight of the uterus can compress major arteries. I also slept mostly on my stomach until about 7 months. I had to strategically place pillows to support the bump but it was really comfy. I've always been a tummy sleeper though.

You really mentioned stuff, i have issues with...water...i can never seem to be able to drink water, used to take a lot of pop but i recently stopped and trying now to drink water as a habit.And yes, i take a lot of sugar, but have recently turned to coffee whitener and would you recommend sweetener instead?
Aside from the walking, are there ant low intensity exercise that will help that you can recommend as well?
I am 36+5 and am having an odd experience was hoping someone can tell me whats going on. my stomach is going hard like with contractions but there is no pain and under the belly button is going flat when this happens. I WAS nice n skinny w flat tummy after my first two within a few weeks-second it took a few months but I went from 110-187 w my second.this time I feel HUGE even though I've only gained,I guess BC everything was stretched already .before I could still see to shave n paint my toenails...not this time!!! I'm really proud of my bump this time. I'm 28w and gained 13 lbs, all baby. I got really fat with my first and just looked fat. And I was an over weight teen (even though I'm very healthy, I'm not thin, never have been and never will be) and my mom was always very quick to point out how she was never fat if she wasn't very pregnant.

With excerise after your dr oks it, you can get it firm again but it takes a while as for the breast drying up, im not sure. I breast fed. To me, the most painful part when it came to my breast was when they were filling up. My breast looked like watermelons. It hurt for anything to touch them. When my breast did dry up after breastfeeding it did not hurt at all. Trust me though, it is all worth it. Anytime I was upset about my belly I just squeezed my daughter tight.
I have tried working out but my stomach still looks horrible, I have a lot of stretch skin and stretch marks. I want to get breast augmentation and liposuction combined with a tummy tuck. Is it a good idea if I am planning to have another child? Even though not any time soon maybe in five more years and I don't car if I have to get a second tt. after. Please tell me if I am making a good decision and what the effects can be. If I do get a second tummy tuck later, how would it look?
