This past Tuesday, I had a mishap with a very hot piece of food that went straight to my throat for a few seconds, and I drank some cold water real fast. If you truly take the norcos for pain only & not the high; if you never take more than you need for the pain, then yes there are other drugs that work better for chronic pain, called sustained release opiates. Norcos are not appropriate for pain that is expected to last more than a few weeks. Your tolerance will rise quickly, & they tend to cause a euphoric feeling making them highly addictive.
Well day one with no mess seems to be going ok. I can't stop sneezing and have a low grade fever. Those mess for RLS are still working thank god! I know things are going to get bad over the next week or so. Kinda freaked out about it.
On the 14th my throat was so bad, I went to the ER. They told me on my chin was a cold sore, but my shaft was nothing, just a random scab (from what I don’t know). They prescribed me augmentin for my throat because I have a history of bacterial larangytis and with antibiotics I’ve had fast recovery.
On the 15th I went back to the ER because my throat was so bad I could swallow and needed fluids for a fever as well as pain relief.
I take Biktarvy and I was undetectable within 2 weeks of consistently taking my meds. But I am truly praying for a cure. This disease has gone on long enough to not be eradicated. But I will say this, though it sucks having HIV but I am glad that it happened to me in this time because this virus has claimed the lives of so many people before me. I have faith that there will be a cure soon. I don't care how long it takes.
