Ooooooo I am right there with I aske my husband to change the litter two weeks ago and all he had to say was how bout I just throw the cats outside but I do not complain when when I have to clean up his dogs pee off my kitchen floor!!!

Car seats are 5 years. Cots not so much- you just have to be wary about safety with second hand cots etc due to gaps in the sides etc. As long as you research and make sure thr standards are still 'up to date' then its fine. Prams, the straps can go brittle although im unsure on how long they should last. As for bottles and plastics etc- if they start to discolor throw them out.

You know your pregnant when you hug your boyfriend and he smells so much like the bbq(smoked charcol scent) and have to go throw up! Omg you ladies made me laugh tho! Oh the joys of pregnancy!

Sometimes you just gotta suck it up. I was prescribed w Zofran but only taken it once and sucked it up the rest of pregnancy. That's a part of being pregnant!

Im 20w6d and was just given meds to help with nausea because I was throwing up so bad that I ended up coughing up blood. It was just broken capillaries in my throat. Nothing to worry about. But still call your doctor.

t want to go back to the drug using days so this is the point where you need to muster up all of your strength and fight. I live with chronic back pain and believe me, you have my sympathy. But pain or not, as addicts we don't know how to take medication as prescribed. When you take that step, try and think of anything else (besides having a prescription in your pocket) that may be troubling you. Has anything happened recently that you don't want to deal with? Anything like that?

Nowwww is the best time cause you never know when the baby will make its appearance. I'm due Jan 1st and throwing mine October 30th (I'll be 31 weeks). Cause in my family the babies never wait till their due dates. Plus you wanna have enough time to set up everything just how you want it:-) and whatever you don't get at the baby shower, you can buy it afterwards.

No way do you have to start over...you didn't know and you didn't tell them you couldn't take opiates...its not your fault. Plus, you were in a bad accident that actually required pain meds. I don't car how bad of an addict you are or were, we shouldn't have to suffer through pain because we were once in active addiction. If you needed them, you needed them...you recognized it and stopped it immediately. Good luck to you and congrats on your clean time.

My neighbor gave me an car seat i didnt see how nasty it was till i got it in the house. There's no way to clean it. How do i tell her i dont need it without coming off as being rude or ungrateful?

NOT YET... but I keep waiting... my first child I felt so good. and was driving in the car and thank god, there was a walmart bag there! came out of nowhere... no warning no nothing. afterwards... I remember just smiling and tinking that was morning sickness...lol the one and only time I threw up...I havent with this one either. I would probably worry about the blood issue though? was it alot or just alittle bit of blood?

I don't know but I have the exact same thing and cannot figure out what it is... theres a number of different things right now though that least me to believe its infection, but the chills are not being caused by any sort of fever my highest temp was also 98.8 ish and my lowest was like freakin 96.4... my temp keeps moving around wierdly and quickly, I mean I'm using a ear themonitor but it usually doesn't do this.

Throw out all things related to porn and get rid of them, burn them, throw them out, shred them, etc. Then enroll yourself in a group for people who also are trying to quit porn. (I'm sure there is many of those all over the place.) It would be better if the group was a religious group. And maybe seek therapy if you feel that your problem can't be stopped with group therapy and throwing out all the porn (and not buying more.

Hey....im so sorry to here of your relapse...ive followed your story all the way out of the darkness and its so hard to watch people relapse...especially with 100 days clean you have proven to yourself you can do this...I agree with the other posters that this is just a slip or a bump in the road to recovery...don't throw in the towel because of one bad day you had 100 good days b/4 this happened...

Um? This story doesn't make much sense. Not sure what he does but, what others do on their off time shouldn't really affect their job unless they are required to be clean and take drug tests. I think the best time to but a crib and car seat is around the time you are 5 months so you know the gender and know how you want to decorated... And I think the best time to have a baby shower is about a month or 2 before your due date...
