Also I believe at least some of them had other medical conditions which most likely complicated their treatment or their livers were already in bad shape to begin with.
I don't see anything wrong with drinking caffeine free soda you just don't want to drink a 12 pack of it. A half a gallon water is not bad but it would be better buif you drank a ggallon but it is better than drinking Mountain Dew until you burst. Try milk.

I was semi satisfied with the end result, but more came and I lost hope of having normal looking balls. soda is another one that will pack the pounds on. try and drink at least a liter and half of water depending on your weight can make u need more or.less. if you absolutely need a pop drink something like coke zero caffiene free to rid the craving..however keep in mind that jas stuff in it that is not the healthiest so in moderation.
