Last night a passed a huge clot. Im sure it was the sack. Does anyone know how long this bleeding will last? Since the clot ive been bleeding a huge amount!! Is this all normal for a miscarriage? Also do you think we should do what my dr advised and try again right away? Im super scared!!

If i were to have a miscarriage how long would it take to actually come out? How long after the miscarriage will i get my period?

I was devastated, as this is my second miscarriage in a row (we have been TTC for two years since the last miscarriage March 2008). I think I remember the nurse saying it could take up to a month for my body to pass the baby, but she said probably within a week or two it would happen. I stopped the progesterone cream I was on immediately as I was told, but it has been almost a week and I still feel the same.

I'm sorry for your loss. When I miscarried I bled for a week (After finding out I lost the baby) But I had been bleeding for 4 days prior to finding out. If your concerned about the bleeding, consult your doctor. I hope you're feeling okay.

My dr said that if the bleeding soaks a pad in less then an hour, then you should definitely go to the ER. As far as how long the overall m/c will last, that is different for every woman. I m/c at 8 weeks and the bleeding lasted for 5 days. I'm very sorry for your loss.

I also have been searching the net looking for the time in when symptom and bleeding will stop and I do agree that we are all different and the symptoms will stop when my body is ready! although I feel and know it is too soon I just feel like I cant even begin to move on until all these symptoms and the bleeding stops I feel like I am crying every hour!

c there is minimal to little bleeding as most of the lining has been scraped off, both my normal doctor and the professor that I saw told me to count the first day of my miscarriage as the first day of my cycle, with my last miscarriage I ovulated on day 16 as my levels had dropped 4 days after I finished bleeding, the time it takes for your period to return depends on how quickly your hcg levels come down, if they're dropping slowly then it will take longer for your next cycle to return

m for sure this is the brown spotting before the marjor bleeding that comes along with a miscarriage. I was wondering how long will I spot (only a few times a day) before the real stuff happens? This waiting is driving me crazy. I keep going to the bathroom to check to see if I see red. Other than the few brown spots I am fine but I know I will miscarriage soon. Did they do any blood work or another ultrasound since then? If not I would ask for some blood work. Did you pass any tissue with your bleeding? I would maybe even possibly think about going to a different OB doctor just to make sure. Normally with a miscarriage you have heavy bleeding and cramping. Please get a second opinion and some more testing done to make sure you really had a miscarriage. Good luck.

When all was said and done, I called my doctor to see when I should go in for a follow up, but he told me one was not needed since it seemed as though everything went fine (as if anything about a miscarriage is fine!). He never once spoke as to how long I should wait before trying to conceive other than saying that I shouldn't have a problem getting preggo again. My hubby and I decided to not wait and started trying to conceive immediately after I was no longer bleeding.

ve had four miscarriages but I have not been monitored as much as this last one (aug 17th.) But those that have been monitored how long did it take for your hcg to be back at 0. I know that doctors say when you get your cycle or it varies from person to person. I have been every week since the 17th to get my blood tested and it was 1900+ on the 13th of aug 1200+ on the 16th of august and 300 on the 19th of august the 26th it was 31.
