I was recently diagnosed with dermatitis by a local dermatologist and he prescribed me a topical medication called "Elidel", since he didn't think steroid creams were appropriate for the area of body that I am treating which has thin skin. Anyways, I have been using the Elidel for about 10 days now, and have NOT seen any noticable difference in my skin condition.
My doc immediately prescribed me 20mg of Paroxetine and 10mg of Buspirone. He wanted to up my dosage to 25mg of Paroxetine and 15mg of Buspirone. I didn't want this however because I know there are some withdrawal problems with paxil. I'm just worried about taking these two medications together. Thanks.
I took it before and it stopped working, so went with natural stuff and was having issues with xanax taking effect and doctor told me to stop St Johns Warts and go back on paxil but still can take Vitamin B and D...
It takes 4-6 weeks for a med change to reach full potential in your blood, then after that, it can take another few weeks or even a couple months for your body to get well.
While I don't condone sassiness and talking teenagers talking back to their parents, ask your mom to be patient and understand that the thyroid controls quite a few body processes, so without it, your entire body has to readjust and get used to the medication.

A few hours after taking the medicine, my husband said something that got me angry, and I litterally went into a rage of banging on the kitchen table. Ive been switched from Paroxetine to Zoloft as am looking to try for a baby and this is supposed to be 'safer'. My doctor has changed me over gradually. I took Paroxetine 20mg for 2 weeks plus Sertraline/Zoloft 50mg, then went to Paroxetine 10mg and Sertraline/Zoloft 50mg and 5 days ago I've stopped Paroxetine altogether and am now just on Zoloft 50mg...I've went to the doctors yesterday because I feel terrible terrible - headaches, feeling incredibly depressed and crazy!
Not saying that you will, but saying that there is no guarantee it will even work in the way they plan for it to work. The goal with induction is to give birth vaginally (unless it was already known to be necessary for a c-section). Then again, there are also tons of women who go in, get hooked up to the Pitocin, and are on it maybe 3-4 hours if not even less, and give birth.
Just depends on how your body does with induction. Nobody is the same in this aspect. Good luck!
