The only other thing I want to
is that - and I hope the vegans won't get upset - our bodies *weren't actually designed to have a plant-based diet. We have a huge need for protein, which most of us don't get enough of. And, yes, you can get protein from some types of beans and other non-animal products...but our bodies were definately designed to have a mixed diet, according to most nutrition experts.
