Now my causing says that the name brand has pink pills insted of green ( the last 7 pills ) and it spins to dispence every pill, and trinessa you have to punch trough the bottom to get the pills... Now I just want to know how the name brand of ortho tri cyclen really looks like, if anyone can provide a pic would be very helpful ...... Please I don't need anyone making fun of me here so for anyone that thinks this is just too stupid please don't post anything here ...
I was debating between Ortho Cyclen, Ortho Tri Cyclen or Othro Tri Cyclen Lo.. I am currently on Ortho Cyclen but I was thinking why am I pumping all this hormones into my body each month.
Me and my partner also use condoms as backup.
I am even willing to try other brands if 1 is better?
I guess I just dont under the difference between them all and the effect on your body good/bad.

So since my period came then and lasted that long, does that mean my period is trying to get back on track? Does ortho tri-cyclen really help for irregular periods? And when should I try for a baby after taking the pill for 3 months? My doctor put me on the pill for 3 months b/c Im trying to have a baby and I have been trying for over 2 years but nothing. Well, i know about 5 people that were on ortho tri cyclen lo and got pregnant and 3 of them were taking it correctly. I was on ortho tri cyclen lo for 7 months this year. I stopped my pills in Oct. and started taking prenatal pills because i ended up pregnant but it was a chemical pregnancy. I would suggest you get a stronger dose bcp if your doctor says its ok..... Im sure that if you talk to your doc.
I was taking Ortho Tri Cyclen. that helped me.. then they switched me to the patch. I did not like that one at all. then they put me on the Nuvaring. I didn't like that one either because sometimes it would fall out or not fall out it would move and I could feel it and I have to go to the bathroom and fix it. so I would say Ortho Tri Cyclen. but everybody has their own opinions.

I went to the gyno yesterday and was given Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo to help regulate my periods. I have not had a period since March 2008. I have taking Lexapro for 2 years now, at first, i had similar symptoms you are describing, sleepless nights, dry mouth, stressed out jaws, upset stomach...however, they all withered away a couple of months into the tratment and now practicly gone. I am a male so I wouldnt know about birth control.

This is my first month on ortho tri cyclen lo. planned parenthood told me that I should get my period when I am taking the green "sugar pills" at the end of the pack, right before I start a new pack of pills. But I am on my period on the last few dark blue pills, before the green pills. I take the pill at the same time every day and I don't skip...is everything ok?
What kind of birth control pill are you on? I have been on both Tri-Spintec (generic Ortho Tri-Cyclen) + Ortho Try-Cyclen Lo, and I know that if you miss 2 or 3 days of the pills, it will give you an early period. Were you taking it consistently before those days that you missed? And did you have sex after those missed pills?
Either way, I think that it is probably because you missed those two pills, but if you want to know for sure go pick up a pregnancy test.
I just started taking ortho tri cyclen lo birth control pills august 4, 2013. I started my cycle august 14-24 which was odd cuz it was way to long for me and now its august 29, 2013 and im bleeding again. What does this mean? I was spotting a few days before today but now its getting a little heavier. Why wont my period stop?
