Others inhibit the absorption of fat resulting to fat excretion in feces and urine. This kind of product does not do that. I think that was why a lot of people have joined their growing fan-base. Decaff contains little to no caffeine while regular coffee contains high amounts of caffeine. Caffeine can cause MANY problems. I would name them all but it would take me a very long time. Look at this website for further information on caffeine and the side effects it has. Some you have probably already had and didn't even notice.

The people who drank more coffee, cleared it quicker because they smoked more ----------------------------- I hope you're not suggesting that you're better smoking cigarettes with coffee if you want slower fibrotic progression. Actually tobacco studies show the opposite, i.e. cigarettes accelerate fibrosis.
Avatar f tn Both of you should ask your doctors for some simple blood work to make sure your thyroid function is adequate. The thyroid controls metabolism and when it begins to fail, metabolism slows down and weight gain is inevitable. I know I have hypothyroidism; have had it and been on medication for years, so that's the majority of my problem. Unfortunately, hypothyroidism is more likely, the older we get.
Avatar f tn but when I was in my 2nd month I use to only crave for coffee.infact the after effects of coffee was not that good since I wud after many hours get palpitations n panic feeling all over my body.Soon I realised that starbucks serves Decaff and I started drinking one cup of decaff a day for a few months which was perfectly fine and suited me..Also now I dont crave for coffee any more the way I use too.so I would suggest you have a Decaff..
