Is TSH the only thing your doctor is testing? TSH is a pituitary hormone and should not be used alone, to diagnose a thyroid condition or determine a medication dosage.
You should ask to get Free T3 and Free T4 tested. Those are the actual thyroid hormones, with Free T3 being most important, because it's the hormone used by the individual cells. Free T4 is a "storage hormone and must be converted to Free T3.

T3 uptake is an indirect measure of the T4, which you did. Looking at the T3 uptake, one would believe that your T4 is over range, but your Total T4 is clearly not over range.
Total T4 shows the total amount of T4 that's in your blood. Of the total T4, most is bound by protein and can't be used.
I would recommend you again be tested for Thryoid. Do you know in the past when you were tested for thyroid if you were being tested for hormones beyond the simple (and nearly worthless) TSH?
In order to truly get a picture on you thyroid status it is critical to be tested SPECIFICALLY for the following two tests:
1) Free T4 - This test differes from the outdated and obsolete "total" T4 test.

Do you have test results for actual thyroid hormone levels? Those would be Free T4 and Free T3. Those results would tell us whether or not your thyroid is still functioning at normal levels or not. It's the actual thyroid hormone depletion that would cause the body aches and other symptoms of hypothyroidism.
Check with your doctor before taking these supplements because they can intefer with some prescription medicines...especially for thyroid problems.
