Can anyone recommend a good stretch mark prevention lotion. I'm 18 weeks and my belly is pushing out and I want to not get stretch marks. All the help is appreciated.

ve heard vaseline is better than cocoa better.

I don't think just a normal lotion would be enough, there stretch mark cream is thick like Vaseline but doesn't leave oil on your clothes it works great, but the smell of coco butter leaves me nauseous

When did you ladies start putting stretch mark lotion on your tummy's? How many weeks were you?

I have really bad stretch marks and have been using coco butter lotion made for them and its not helping. I know they fade after the baby is born and your body goes somewhat back to what it was, but the stretch marks are making me not like my pregnant body. Has anyone used a cream or lotion that has helped a lot?

It was pretty bad and my skin turned red. But I just applied any moisturizing and stretch marks cream regularly and try to avoid hot showers. Now it's gone without me even noticing and thank god there's no marks or scars. I guess it will go away in due time depending on your hormone levels as well.

Another thing ive noticed is, white creamy looking stuff in my nipples! It looks and feels like lotion. Anyone have a clue on what that may be?

Or do I just go on estriol cream/patch or estrogel cream....and then figure out if I need t add more, and how do I figure that out - how does one know if she needs progesterin/progestin or testosterone added (either the medical kind or the bio identical kind).

itchy nipples when I started taking my thyroid medication last year but it has gotten even worse with pregnancy. What I have found works well is extra strength vagisil cream the Up and Up brand from Target. It has a bunch of vitamins and emollients and works great for me.If not I probably would have scratched them off by now. Maybe try that if you want.

I'm 29 weeks going on 30 here pretty soon, my breast have been itching uncontrollably I've tried keeping them moisturized with lots of lotion but they start up again after 10-15 min of applying. What else can I do to relief the itching? Is this something I should bring up to my midwife asap?
