Your unprotected sex from three years ago is however a risk all be it a very small one as the vast majority of women do not have HIV even sexually active women. I see no reason for you to worry about HIV. UTIs are not uncommon in women and can be precipitated by sex. Your cold sore may have been unrelated or due to stress,. The yeast infection is also a normal occurrence in women and become more likely when people take antibiotics such as you probably did for your UTI.
