My dr told me that there was a guy from Kenya who was hiv positive for 5 years but tested negative.How can I be sure that I dont have the virus.Im very worried....that I might progress to the aids stage and die without anyone knowing what of because of the gestation period.I had sex with a hooker 7 months ago but i have been sick ever since.
Many people have claimed infection from engaging in sole unprotected oral on various hiv / aids forums only to be immediately dismissed by those who don't want to hear it. There must be something there...i do know that if this question is being asked because you have plans on embarking in unprotected oral with csw's -or- whom ever i would not personally advise it.
If this does not work for you then you really need to seek out a psychologist who can help you with this. I too had HIV irrational thoughts. I sat in an AIDS clinic during my lunch hour for a few weeks just to prove to myself that you cannot get it from sitting in a room full of HIV infected people. You canot get it from the chair, the magazines, the tables, the air, etc. It just doesn't work that way...thankfully.

Both of your exposures (unprotected receptive oral and deep kissing) do not put you at any risk of HIV. Your feelings are due to stress, anxiety or guilt. You are fine, move on with your life normally.
since then i am feeling a little scared because i have heard that people living with hiv aids witness no symptoms at all,, so even after testing within 6 months (december to july 2013) can i conclude that i am HIV negative,, why is this concern worrying that i may be HIV POSITIVE, Please do reply ,, waiting in anticipation for a favorable reply

I will share with you that I had HIV anxiety as well at one point. My "exposure therapy" was to go and sit in the AIDS clinic across the street from my work during my lunch hour. I had to sit in the seats, pick up the magazines, converse, etc. I did this for several weeks. I realized in the end that you simply cannot get it from being in a room with an AIDS patient.
Yes, I had unprotected sex with my husband many a times in past several years.
You do not have HIV.
