Hi and welcome to the chiari forum. I am not familiar if there is a chiari specialist in Canada that treats chiari 0......not too many here in the states either. U can send copies of ur MRI's to a chiari specialist for review...many will do this for a minimal fee.Once u have a dx and know for a fact there is not a NS in ur country, then ur health system may allow ur coming to a NS here.....
