I asked my Dr & he told me no but it was a kinda funny no. I've did research my boys heart rates were Low & with this baby its High. My boys heart rates didnt go over 147 my unborn is 160. I've been looking at their ultrasound pics to find out. & my brother is expecting a Girl her heart rates are 159.
They say boys are under 150 & girls are 150 & higher.
im on baby #3 and with my other pregnancys i felt them around 4 months but this one i am 18 weeks and all i feel is flutters randomly but the heart is 160 so i knows its alive :)
It is difficult to answer your question because there is very little information. Children under 5 years is almost always not operated on. With children there is usually two operations, the second operation to account for the growth factor of a child.
Smoking can have long and short term effects on an unborn child through adulthood. The sooner you quit the less likely it will have harmful effects. Just do your best to stay off. For your unborn baby when you do smoke it's heart rate increases and has a difficult time breathing. It's like breathing through a small straw for hours. That feeling of can't breathe and not getting enough air. So its really important you do not give into temptation and your baby will be fine.
Based on my pregnancies and that of friends and relatives, I have to agree with @rod3; however, I hope that you get whatever gender of a healthy baby that you desire. Congrats.
I'm 18 weeks 5 days and had an appointment yesterday heart rate of my baby was 80bpm.Dr doesn't wanna see me for another 2 weeks but I don't think I can wait that long has this happened to anyone else I really don't know what to do and I don't understand why it's so low.
It really depends on how far along you are and how your carrying. I am 37w4d and my baby is really low and I only feel him move when im layin on my back or side but I know he moves alot because one second he will be on my right side with his back pressed against my stomach and then he'll be on my left side but I dont always feel him make that move.
I am having a hard time deciding wether i want to have a c-section or wait and go in labor. Heres my story. Im due on Christmas Eve with 2 other children ages 6 and 4 at home. They are afraid mommy wont be home for Christmas. That breaks my heart. Due to some complications i can chose to have a csecection on dec 17th. I will also be getting my tubes tied afterwards. I already have a c section scar.
So if you have a smart phone on android or iphone store!! They have an app called "unborn heart" and if you have headphones you can hear babies heart beat! It says to use the old style headphones and not eat buds but if you pull out and wiggle the plug just right on the ear buds it will work for them!!:)
It works awesome on my phone and I have an iPhone 4s!!

My very deepest condolences on the unexpected passing of your unborn baby girl. My heart, thoughts and prayers are with you. I also recommend that you join MH "Angel Babies" forum to help with the grief process of losing an unborn baby. Also, I recommend that you contact your gynecologist in regards to your spotting. Your gyne is the best person to examine, evaluate and treat any issues you might have with spotting or bleeding.
Im just wondering how the unborn baby can fit inside mothers womb? And is it normal for unborn baby to have weight of 2100grams at 33weeks and 3 days of pregnancy?
My father is 60 years old and had a heart attack last week. When diagnosed he had 80% blockage in one artery and a minor block in other artery. His Coloestrol, sugar and BP is perfect. Doc though is suggesting a bypass, can anybody suggest that is it the last remedy or we can have some scope through medicines?
