To make it worse, the people in the game were just as addicted to the game as I was. So, in my online social circle it was socially acceptable to spend huge ammounts of time there. I had to leave and not go back. I had to sit and think about WHY I was so drawn to these games. It was hard, it was almost like a grieving process that I went through if that makes any sense. To willingly and knowingly subject myself to that was hard. To this day I still can't do online games...
A week and half ago I landed in the ER, I thought I was having a heart attack. It was not, but I was told I have "pvc's" Then directed to call the heart center in my town and schedule an appointment. They tossed me pills, a beta blocker that has given me worlds of side effects.
I got hooked up to the holter monitor and returned to the heart center yesterday. I just called to find out what my results were, and I am still waiting.
I was wondering if anyone has experience with some online lamaze classes and what they thought of them? I am very nervous to say this, but I think I have realized that I want to have a natural delivery. Anyway, online lamaze? Good idea or not? I guess since its so late in the game, actual classes aren't an option!

I've had heart palpitations for 10 months, they started right after a hiatus hernia operation. I get them everyday. This was found on a routine echocardiogram for evaluation of pvcs. I had an echo 2½ years ago and it was not picked up then. I am confused by this. The tech that called me with the results downplayed it saying that the hole was small and I have an otherwise structurally normal heart and valves.
Having a past detachment increases your risk greatly of having another one in either eye. Intraocular surgery like cataract surgery also increases your risk in that eye. Have a "heart to heart" with your surgeon about the risks. If you need the cataract op to see, do it. I have done many such cases and have rarely had a problem. Also, have the retina checked. If there are any suspicious areas which may result in a hole, you might have them lasered in advance of the surgery.
It can be fixed surgically. I wouldn't go so far as to call it "a simple fix," however, because it's a very complex operation. Aortic arch surgery is highly specialized, and on a child, even more so. I looked at your profile, and you are lucky to live in an area of the US where you should be able to find an expert surgeon. I would look for a surgeon who has done this procedure many times -- not just a handful of times.
I too had this little buzzing Bee inside my left side of the Chest. This has been ever since I had my triple bypass operation. My local Doc keeps telling me it's more than likely a Muscle. I am glad there are so many with a noticing bee inside their left Chest. It does not seem to course any problems, just concern for people who never had this before. I guess it is nothing to be concerned off since so many seem to have it and it courses them no dramas.

hey, I too have just ovulated (according to an ovulation calculator online). I didnt want to use bbt or kits because it was stressing me out too much so ive gone by when the average women does and have bd'ed around these dates more frequently but still throughout the month every 2/3 days anyway. I felt some minor cramps too the last couple days so im guessing i did ovulate around the average time...

There is a mixed view on when to do a valve operation. The Mayo Clinic's renown heart surgery states publically that the biggest problem he see is that the patient waited too long. Waiting too long can require an operation when the left ventricle is enlarged and that condition would reduce the EF, and an operation subsequently the EF may never return to normal function.
With children there is usually two operations, the second operation to account for the growth factor of a child.
OK this may not be for you (or a lot of people) but I've noticed something that often breaks my anxiety cycle cold (at least for an hour or so). I play some intense video games on my computer. Usually online against other people. Doesn't matter what game. Shooting games card games strategy games. Anything that gets my competitive juices going and requires me to focus intently.
Usually after about 10 minutes the tightness in my chest is gone and I'm a lot more relaxed.
I don't really know of any good online resources. I tried reading another board but ya know ... it just didn't feel like "home" like this one does. I'm not sure why?
