Avatar f tn Add the zucchini and garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the zucchini is softened, about 7 minutes. Add the corn and thyme and cook for another 3 minutes. Place mixture in baking dish. Whisk together the eggs, cream and Gruyere, and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Pour over zucchini mixture, and bake for about 35 minutes, until set. this can be served warm or at room temperature.

I grew patti pan (scallop) squash, zucchini, lettuce, sugar snap peas, cranberry beans, sunflowers, jalapenos, spinach, beets (yellow and red), swiss chard (my favourite), kholrabi, fennel (didn't work out for me though), carrots, rhubarb and fresh herbs. I've saved a lot of money and so handy.

Avatar f tn It did contain sliced onions (but you could replace with thinly sliced fennel for a different taste) sauteed in olive oil, then add cut up tomatoes and garlic, once tender add a can of legumes (chick peas, lentils, any bean) drained, heat, and then add S & P and a handful of mixed herbs (whatever you have - cilantro, basil, dill, chives, etc.). Serve over raw spinach or arugula. You might want to look into some vegetarian cabbage rolls too!

1968945 tn?1325861675 blueberries, strawberries, applesauce without sugar, apples, bananas, pineapples, oranges, kiwis, raisins, dates, peaches, pears, broccoli, green beans (my own from my garden), tomatoes (my own), peppers, peas, carrots, snow peas, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, spinach, turnip greens, kale, onions, yellow squash, zucchini, mushrooms, etc. I am at fruit and vegetable eater! I drink 2% milk, also. So, I don't understand why those micro nutrients mentioned before appear as zero on my graph.
