For breakfast, I have a fresh fruit smoothie with a piece of peanut butter toast or scrambled eggs or oatmeal. Lunch is usually left overs, a wrap or salad. For
dinner, we
have grilled chicken with veggies, a quinoa salad, soups, stews, fajitas and things like that. Snacks are usually fruit, veggies, crackers with peanut butter or cheese, a smoothie or Greek yogurt with fruit.
